We brought our car in for a brake issue. While working on the brakes, they told us it needed a steering repair and new tires. We picked up the car and scheduled a time for the steering repair. The repair was supposed to take a coupls of days, they had the car for several weeks. I left a message for them to quote me tires while they had it, so we could possibly get they done while it was there. There seems to have been a change in front desk staff, the previous guy was also super friendly and helpful. The new person acts like he's miserable every time you call. He stated he didn't get my message but could work up a quote for tires. I didn't get the quote until I called to pay for the steering repair. We found cheaper tires somewhere else, had them delivered to the shop and scheduled a third visit in a month. The front desk person told us to bring it back the following Monday at 11 and they would put the tires on. While I was on the pone with him I told him the brake light has been on ever since they fixed the brakes, the power washing fluid container has also been leaking since they repared the steering. My husband took it in at 11, as requested and was told they thought we were going to drop it off. The front desk guy went to the back and talk to the garage staff, my husband could hear him cursing and complaining about us bringing the car in and not dropping it off. Then, my husband mentioned the brake light and he said we'd have to make another appointment. Our car has been in the garage for nearly a month and still is not completely fix. Every time we call to ask a questions, the guy at the front desk has an attitude of he doesn't want to speack to anyone, and our questions are not answered. I have never experienced this at this garage, but it is enough that we are considering a new gagrage.

She had a dead battery but her car sat for 2 months. The battery was newly purchased at Pep Boys in March. I was able to jump her car with some cheap ass jumper cables, but these "mechanics" told me their jump machine could not get the car started. Yes, that's right. Mechanics had no improvising in their bag of tricks. They did get the car started after 20 minutes. At that time, I told them just to back it out and put it in the lot and I would get it towed. I WOULD NEVER refer ANY OF YOU to these "mechanics". Cleatus from Dukes of Hazard would and COULD HAVE figured it out. STAY AWAY if you are smart.

We have since moved out of state and the 2 Firestone locations closest to me at the new address did not offer AC services. Though he could not refund the total cost, Josh was realistic and worked with me and refunded the cost of the parts installed during the repair, which was reasonable in my opinion. Prior to this repair I have always had top not h service and materials from this location. In comparison to my experiences with the Firestone closest to me now - they are head and shoulders above them in every possible way. After I complete my schooling we plan on moving back to the area and when we do - we will continue to have our vehicles serviced at this location. They operate with integrity and always gave me real time advise on things they have observed when inspecting my vehicle and have never given me bad service. I highly recommend them and miss them - the Firestone where I live is horrible. Perhaps they could send a few of their folks to the location here and clean their mess up. Thank you to Josh and all of the skilled and friendly technicians at this location - you set the bar high and I have yet to see anyone come close.
