This Sheetz has always been the staple for me, it's at one of the busiest intersections in the area and I've probably stopped here 1000x at least from the time I was 16 to now. After being awarded the Triad Yelper of the Year 2024 Award at the Yelpies Award Ceremony last year, an event that honored the highest-performing Yelp Elites, I decided that this year, as an All-Star Yelp Elite, I wanted to be the first to discover new restaurants and bring them to the attention of the public. And this Sheetz is the perfect example. When I arrived at this new location, I was mesmerized by the size of the place. For years I have been a member of My Sheetz Rewards and have been using the Sheetz app, conveniently accumulating reward points and using them to pay for food items and drinks. But this had been at the old Sheetz in the corner of Orange Ave and Williamson Road, which has been closed for some time now. And it was small compared to this and all other New Sheetz which have been constructed and opened reasantly. The first thing I noticed was the large number of gas pumps available outside the gigantic restaurant/convenience store for customers to fill their tanks with gas and save. The price of gas per gallon was already lower than at other gas stations, and by using My Sheez Rewards app, it could turn out to be even lower. I then noticed the Inside-Out Drive-Thru. How convenient for ordering and picking up Made-To-Order Handcrafted Coffees and Sandwiches all day. At prices a lot lower than places like Starbucks. More than a Convenience Store, it has become a Convenience Restaurant and Modern Supermarket. For when you need something on the go. Drive by and pick up one of the Ready-To-Eat items available, or order from the Touch Screen machines, or from the Sheetz app a Made-To-Order food or drink. Inside you will also find modern digital screen coffee and other drinks machines that will allow you to custom make whatever your heart's desires. In the back there is a Walk In Beer Cave with all types of beers as well as a Wine rack in case wine is your thing. Other items like milk, snacks like ice cream, chips, and sodas. They also have a Virginia Lottery station to fill out your cards as well as an ATM machine for times when you need cash. As always they have fresh Bakery items to accompany your morning Coffee. It was very clean and organized, and the cashier there was very friendly and helpful. On the outside, there is an ATM machine, so you can quickly get cash without even having to go in the store. If you download their app, they have a reward program in which you can earn points to get free coffee, fountain drinks, chips, and other items, as well as discounts on gas. The app also has coupons for discounts on items from the store. It also has a rewards catalog where you can find items to get using the points that you've earned from shopping in the convenience store and buying gas from them. Their reward program is very neat. As a registered GoMart Rewards card member, you get discounts at the pump, a special birthday bonus, and discounts on bread and milk. They also sell money orders, pre-paid cards, and lottery tickets. This is a very convenient convenience store and I definitely recommend it to all those who live or work near this store.

They offer up delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fare on top of other staples. Sure, their hotdogs and hamburgers are good, but the lamb gyro, chicken shawarma, falafel, and grape leaves are a must try. During my recent visit I ordered the gyro, which featured perfectly grilled lamb with fresh vegetables and zesty tzatziki sauce. Needed some brake cleaner and since I was in the area across the street at UHaul, I popped in to see what they had. Everything was well organized and priced well. Not the easiest to maneuver with a walker but it's possible when the store isn't full. It was packed when I went and out of privacy reasons I didn't take photos. Besides a convenience store they also have a smoke shop. I'm not familiar with any of that but they had a long line of customers so whatever they have must be good. I probably won't have the need to go back since I'm not really in that area to shop, but I would if need be. I would recommend backing in if you can because there's an incline and a street caddy corner so you won't be able to see traffic backing out and you'd also be disrupting the view of anyone turning in or out of the street. There is plenty of parking on a private lot.
