He had no cart but made his way around the store more or less following me and stopping to stare at me. I noticed him shortly after I entered the store and noticed he wasn't buying anything. I checked out and walked out to my vehicle. Soon as I was getting to leave he was leaving at the same time and drove right in front of me so I would see him. I took my car to Autozone to read the code and they told me that a part in my transmission was out and that there was no one in town who could fix it for me on a Sunday. My mom asked the front desk clerk at the hotel if she knew of a mechanic who would work on Sunday and she sent us to her dad at J&L. Larry was able to diagnose and fix the problem (which turned out to be a leak in my transmission fluid line) in only a few hours. He was incredibly honest, reasonably priced, and I have made it home all the way to Louisville with no check engine lights on and no problems at all. Larry, his wife (whose name I didn't get) as well as the woman working at the register were so incredibly kind. He even called to check on me and make sure that I wasn't having any more problems on my drive home. If I lived anywhere close by I would make him and his shop my mechanic forever.

In the bar/restaurant there were multiple choices of brews on tap or canned/bottled and a vast selection of mementos for the collectors. We didn't eat there as we had packed a picnic lunch for later, but the food we were smelling was very enticing. We want to return for one of the weekend parties they have in their courtyard.
