I ordered some food and drink so that my coworkers and I would not have to go out or door dash. A bigger order. I set a time. Arrived. Put my stall number into the app and bam. A friendly guy hands me my stuff. Hot stuff separately bagged. In 3 minutes I am back on the road and to work much earlier than using a drive through or stopping off at a gas station without curbside service. Food was all decent. Hot and cold. Prices pretty reasonable. The service was 5 star. We had healthy and unhealthy options. Hot and cold. Meal and snack. Even online deals for my first time butt. My banana was even perfect. I'll definitely be back.

5 STARS for Mo Hassan & the Germain Service Team!…read more This is why my family buys ONLY Hondas and services them at the dealership! Our new Odyssey had the slider door bumped while open and moving. Small dent, but door would not close - unsafe! Our Service guy has been Mo Hassan since purchase of both new Hondas. Mo and team got us asap for a quick check and to drop off overnight. Mo and the Service manager looked at it, then brought out their Ace Technician for a look (Mo, please add his name as I did not write it down)! He smiled, returned with a tool, took 2 bolts off the top hinge, re-set it in the track, bolted it up and WALA. Totally fixed! I am extremely grateful for a Service Team like Mo Hassan, his manager, and the great Technicians at Germain Honda in Ann Arbor, MI!

It has been said when it comes to services, you can expect to have it quick, cheap and done right,…read morebut you can only pick two. I didn't get that with Victory. The "Express" oil change took over an hour and went from $56 in May to over $100 under new ownership. I'm hoping like hell at least it was done right. They told me the price jump was to bring it more in-line with "local" pricing. As if they weren't charging enough before new ownership. Sounds like a challenge to go elsewhere.

My back window rolled down on its own a hour after buying the car, check engine light game on! I'm currently waiting on the owner to call!!!!! This car has so many issues. It was unsafe and the salesman guy knew we flew in from out of town to purchase a vehicle. We had to delay our trip going back home because the check engine light came on window rolled down and supposedly Cardone mechanics fixed the issue. We barely made it home before the car broke down and is in the shop right now with over $7000 repair bill because the vehicle should've never been sold in the first place. With all these issues. I put $54,000 CASH down to be treated like shit, ignored.

Saline Automotive Services is located in downtown Saline, just west of the main intersection of Main Street (US-12) and Ann Arbor-Saline Road. Scott is a parts expert. He is great at explaining what's wrong and how to fix it. Since it's a smaller sized shop, don't expect to just show up out of the blue. It's best to call a day or two ahead so that the work can be scheduled. You can leave the car any time--even at night--because there is a drop off box. Inside the box, you'll find an envelope with a pen and a form to explain the symptoms. Put the key in the envelope along with your info and let it slide into the box, where it's safe. Because Saline Automotive shares a parking lot with a church (my church!) they ask that you pick up your car promptly on weekends, since the church might have an event that causes the parking lot to fill to capacity. Insider Tip: Usually, if there is going to be a big event, you'll see a portable sign for it on the front lawn of the church. But not always, so keep that in mind when figuring out when to pick up your car. Saline Automotive doesn't have a shuttle vehicle, but they offer you a loaner car, which might be even better. Scott's prices are awesome. When Goodyear quoted $515, Scott's guys fixed it for $299. I feel very confident that the guys will fix what needs fixing and keep our cars running fine.
