This is a very busy Sheetz location. After going out to grab some food I stopped here to get a drink. The lot was very hard to maneuver and took me a minute to get to a parking spot. Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong. We started with 5 stars but deducted 1 start for cleanliness, as the store was pretty trashed (trash on ground, over filled trash cans ) deducted another star for receiving the completely qrong order (app platter). They let us keep the other order qe were given by mistake so we wound up getting lots of extra food, but sucks for sheetz. read more

my experience with this Sheetz is that has a really good kitchen staff. however the cashiers are beyond rude. I got a coffee and a half and half was out. I went to the checkout and let them know and the girl shrugged and said so what and then went back talking to the other cashier about her boyfriend or whatever. so I asked her if she could check on getting some more, and she got angry. I was disappointed on check out. Online says they have Apple Pay. The doors display no decals at all (visa/MC) the cashier never heard of Apple Pay, nor did he know how to "work it". They obviously do not take it. Sucks, now I will have to stop elsewhere for my Red Bull. :( read more

I am literally afraid to go here. They really should have a square badge at this store 24 hrs a day. I know it isn't sheets fault but the people that go to this store are just scary. So, unlike the other reviews on here, I'm going to actually review the store. Not the customers. It's not Sheetz fault that they are busy. If anything that's a good thing for them! However, what is not a good thing is the absolutely HORRIBLE service you get here CONSISTENTLY. No one ever seems to know what's going on and are constantly standing around doing nothing which is ridiculous because the place is always packed. In a slight occurrence, I stopped in last night and it was dead. Which never happens. I ordered two grilled chicken salads, and a bucket of fries at 8:14 according to my slip. No one else was getting food. No one. I paid my slip, it said 8:16. I continued to sit and wait for my two chicken salads. Which are lettuce in a bowl and some chicken they heat in the microwave and a fry that takes 2 minutes to cook...for 28 minutes!!!! I can not make this up if I tried. There was an older woman and a younger kid working. From the time I ordered my food until the time I got it, like 20 kids rolled in all ordering food. (High school close by, I'm guessing some activity let out because they were all toting notebooks) all the kids are getting their food (fries of course) and I'm just standing there. I asked the young kid if my food was coming and he just kept saying "yeah it's coming" finally after 28 minutes he hands me the salads and asks if I got my fry and I said no. Ends up the woman gave them away for other orders. She instructs him to just put more in!! I was like, "I've been waiting 28 minutes for this food!" And she just looked at me and said, "well they'll only take a minute" and walked away from me. I'm sorry but that is inexcusable. She never even apologized. Not once. A simple "sorry, I'm training him" or "sorry we're new" or a "sorry, I'm just lazy and have no idea what I'm doing" or ANY type of apology would've been nice. I was so mad, I waited an extra 4 minutes for my fry and stormed out. Unreal. 32 minutes for two salads and a fry. You don't wait that long in a restaurant. This place seriously needs corporate to go in and reevaluate their employees. read more

People getting out of their car to scream at people waiting for pumps, squealing tires around the pumps in the race to get the next available one. What is wrong with the clientele here?!?! Place is always packed, and usually only has 1 cashier working while there are about 4 - 6 registers available. Due to having to wait so long for MTO, my food is usually cold when I get home, and sometimes not correct, or missing something. During the winter they don't put salt on the sidewalks, so last year I slipped and fell. When I told an employee about it, they said that they would mention it to the manager the day AFTER. The only thing I like about the place is the MTO drinks, and how cheap they are compared to the items they sell. A bag of Jerky cost over $10 there, while I can get the same bag, (better quality), at the grocery store for $6. read more
