Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong. Basically a traffic jam in the parking lot.

I've got some of their breakfast sandwiches and the ones that they make themselves are pretty good. The people that work in the morning seem very nice, but most of their late night staff aren't afraid to tell you why they're in a bad mood. Tonight both myself and another customer had to wait for a clerk to finish her nightly lottery paperwork while she yelled across the store to the other clerk. Surprisingly, she wasn't asking for help, but advising her that if she made coffee, the overnight clerk would "flip out and dump it all." I saw on the menu board behind the counter that they have sweet potato fries, and if I'm ever there when they're actually making food I intend to try them.

Today, I was met by a girl who acted like my existence bothered her. Made my order and she told me to look in the cold food storage bin first. I said that I would like a hot wrap, not a cold, day old one. She begrudgingly got out the ingredients. Never asked what toppings I wanted, threw it together and put it in the warmer. What I was given was not worth the $5 I paid for. When I got back into my car, I looked through the wrap. There was no ranch on my chicken bacon RANCH, there was raw bacon on it, and the entire thing was ice cold. If the order was just messed up I wouldn't have minded, however, for the fact that I was met with such attitude and poor customer service, I was EXTREMELY unhappy!!

What I find humorous is that the guy who works weekdays is nowhere to be found in the morning. I didn't realize it was a full-serve station until he walked outside one day and asked if I needed help. That's when I saw the sign by the pumps. I've filled up at least 3 times here and this guy always seemed to be in hiding. If you're a full service fan I'm sure you'd rate this place as a 1. Since I'm a self serve guy I'll give it a 2 as I prefer to pump my own gas but find it unprofessional this guy is probably taking a nap in the back in the morning. I opt to go to the Sunoco down the street now.

I can't say that enough. Immense advantage. They have an MTO dock, which I have found to be 100% accurate but a little slow (not horrifically slow, but just enough to aggravate). Cashiers have never had personality here, and I've been coming to this particular Getgo on and off since August 2011. Parking lot is a little tight if you're driving a dump truck, box truck, or towing; but fine for the average Joe. I'd say that anything Ford Excursion-sized or smaller shouldn't have any issues. Myself an I wanna say 5 others (THAT I KNOW OF) have tried to go here and get food it's always no! The ONE time I was able to get something I was met with rudeness was tried to be talked out of my order I said I would wait an after back an forth was able to get it not without again the rudeness! Everytime now myself or the other people I now know because of this go there it's a NO!! It's always the same lady older, hair is always a mess, no gloves...she enforces a rule about not being able to make food but doesn't follow clear rules for when preparing food.... Was told at 3 pm I couldn't get food before an also another time that I couldn't get food because the kitchen closes at 9.... IT WAS 7:50!!! What a joke an everytime she blames it on the business or the "rules" "they" have because she will tell you they aren't her rules it's the company... again what a joke just say your lazy an don't wanna do your job if you guys don't care that she's breaking a lot of health code violations while preparing food I would at least care about the fact she's costing you guys so much money!!!! Never seen a business turn down money! I have worked at gas stations, food industry places, and restaurants if I would ever decline a customer something out of pure laziness or speak to customers with attitude I would have been out of a job!

This place is a scam and the workers are very rude and unprofessional. First of ALL, every time I have been in there, the manager will sit in his chair RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU STANDING THERE and play on his phone before he gets up and actually gives you his time of day. Just the other day my son stopped there to withdraw from their ATM machine. Long story short, the ATM took $160 out of his account, while NEVER dispensing his cash. As a "Respected" customer, if we call and ask questions about a machine that exists in their store, they should be able to tell us at least SOMETHING. The MANAGER says, "I have no idea what you are talking about. YOU are going to listen to ME, you can call the atm's number becuase this is NOT. MY. PROBLEM." I actually couldn't believe it. I have been a manager myself at a convenience store for many years, and I respected all of my customers with the dignity and attentiveness that they deserve... ESPECIALLY if there was any amount of money taken out of their account that they never received. I am absolutely disgusted and needless to say will never step foot into that dump again.
