Once over the state line into Ohio prices for gas drop quite a bit and is a nice relief for the pocketbook. This Sunoco is part of a larger thing here, but nonetheless does add to the convenience of the overall plaza. Plenty of pumps so you can just pull right up and do your thing. Inside is a convenience store setup to accompany the gas station portion. The convenience store part opens up to the rest of the plaza as well. A reminder, if you are done pumping your gas and plan on going inside, move your vehicle to a nearby parking spot. That way you aren't 'that guy' when it comes to other people needing to get in for gas.

I look for a service button... nothing. Then I walk to the door and the girl is counting her till. After a minute, and she saw me there but ignored me... I knocked and yelled... I was in the middle of pumping gas. Her response... "I didn't see you" :( Really... I'm on video, I know you see a pump running gas to a vehicle. And my pump is probably the easiest to view from the register! That is just sheer ignorance. I asked her what her name was... she said it was AUTUMN. Not sure if this is her name or not... but I have a pic of where my vehicle was and who she is on my phone. I'm not sure who you are hiring at this store, but out of the 40 or 50 times we have been in there... I've got to say, maybe once or twice was actually a mature person working. There's lots of gas pumps here, so you usually don't have to worry about waiting for one to open up. They have a ton of food and convenience items to choose from inside, as well as a really nice seating area. Everything is always clean and orderly and the employees are friendly and helpful. Whereas I find the Country fair…read more When you're about to hop onto the interstate in Boardman, and need petrol to save you from those shockingly high Turnpike prices, this gas station is as good as any. Plenty of pumps, nice and clean and new, and the prices are usually pretty low. There are probably even lower options if you seek them out, but all of the Youngstown area has dirt cheap gas and so even "just below average" in Youngstown is a steal compared to what you're used to if you get gas in NY state or Pittsburgh and so on. The cops usually hang out here too, but you can't have everything. Oh and there's a Handel's Ice Cream next door! I can barely Handel how good it is.

Being at the intersection of two manor state routes, this Sunoco is a pretty busy place during common travel hours. The parking lot is rather small, so sometimes you have to wait for a gas pump if it's a busy time of day. I prefer to come here for gas when it's less busy during the evening. Sunoco has a convenience store with your basic items, snacks, drinks, etc. Prices are pretty standard. The restrooms are usually relatively clean. There is a Dunkin Donuts attached, and I love the convenience of grabbing my gas and coffee at the same time. I would recommend this Sunoco if you are traveling through the area and need gas and/or basic convenience items.
