Workers seem to be pretty friendly overall. Pilot Travel Center is open 24/7 which is super convenient. The parking lot layout isn't the best, as it tends to get a bit busy and clustered, but other than that this place is great. I would recommend this travel center as a great place to stop if you need convenience items, gas, food, restrooms, etc.

Plenty of pumps, nice and clean and new, and the prices are usually pretty low. There are probably even lower options if you seek them out, but all of the Youngstown area has dirt cheap gas and so even "just below average" in Youngstown is a steal compared to what you're used to if you get gas in NY state or Pittsburgh and so on. The cops usually hang out here too, but you can't have everything. Oh and there's a Handel's Ice Cream next door! I can barely Handel how good it is.
