I've been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of months now and settled on the 2021 Honda Ridgeline. I emailed over a dozen other dealerships around Northeast Ohio and North Carolina (where I am currently located) and the salesman/inventory manager, Scott Dahman, reached out right away. I had a set of questions/demands I asked of every dealership and Scott was nothing but patient and professional. He was not pushy and honest about what he could and could not do. He was very timely with his responses, but at the same time, he did not bombard me with unwarranted emails. After about a week of emailing back and forth with Scott and other dealerships, I knew I wanted to work with Scott. We negotiated everything telephonically and via email. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. I was worried that the dealership was going to add on extra "hidden" fees, but everything everything went as planned and there were no surprises. Scott had everything prepared for me and I was out of there in about an hour. Go check out Scott for any of your vehicle needs. He'll take care of you and make sure to get you the best deal!

I have bought 3 new Hondas in the last two years from this dealer. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do warranty repairs in general. Service is a nightmare. My Accord (2023) has rust on both rear doors inside the seals. They denied my 5 years unlimited milage rust claim. They could care less and send you on your way. I have been back and forth with corporate for over two weeks, stonewalling, gaslighting, endless transfers from department to department. $2,000 a month in Honda payments, not exactly the $2,000 a month treatment! Now I pursue Arbitration and a possible lawsuit. The mask falls off and you can see what this truly is, taking your money with a smile on their face and then turning their back on you. S-H-A-M-E. Everybody is all smiles when they get their car and promises. I am here to tell you with experience just wait and see!

This DQ (née Dairy Queen) is in the food court of the southbound / eastbound Glacier Hills service plaza. Fast cheerful service, and plenty of tables. And there is apparently another DQ on the other side of the highway, too, in the Mahoning service plaza.

About 15 minutes. My food was finished and so I took it back to my vehicle to eat. I pulled my telephone out and turned on a streaming service to watch a television show while I was eating. Now here comes the kicker! Right when I got to the last bite of the food, did I feel a filling from my stomach up to my throat? It took me about 15 minutes to get to that last bite but before the last bite, I dropped the food open the door jumped out of the vehicle , and to my surprise, I was standing outside of the vehicle for 25 minutes regurgitating the food that I just eaten on to the ground! So I highly do not recommend this dairy queen to anybody for any reason at any time! Do not I repeat do not go to this Dairy Queen to get anything to eat as far as food wise to ice cream may be OK but I would not know because I didn't order any ice cream . This was by far the worst dining out experience of 2023! I would post pictures of the outside of the truck problem but that would be really disgusting.
