Hi, I myself typically am a cultured man who only prefers to eat at a restaurant, but today I needed gas and thought "man I'd sure love a shake" i head in and place my order for a Oreo and peanut butter shake, despite waiting 10 minutes for a shake i didn't pay attention till i arrived back at my car, with my Ethiopian son in the back asking for a little whipped cream. i look down at the shake and see no whipped cream. Decent enough location, but it is in serious need of updating. This size was pleasant enough, I was able to pull in and park without having to wait for anyone to move. However, on my way back out, it's like people lost their minds. It was almost a demolition derby in the parking lot. DANGER! I wish that I lived in Ohio sometimes, but only sometimes. It's a different world, and it's only about a hour from where I live now. Being able to buy alcohol at the gas station is still baffling to me (come on PA, get with it already). I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. When I realized it was gone, I went back. It was about an hour later. I asked at the counter, and sure enough they had it and every thing was completely in tact. (All my cash was still in it!) thanks to the regional manager and the employee who returned it. The absolute worst service eve. you WILL wait 55 min+ for your food and it won't be worth it. Slowest service I've ever experience. It's mind blowing how terrible this experience was. It seems like they intentionally don't serve people in the drive thru line. NEVER COME HERE! read more

It always amazes me how companies do their best to keep me from spending money. This sheetz does a horrible job of stocking the shelves and making sure theres always napkins, bags, boxes, etc that are supposed to be there for self service. Chocolate milk is always past the expiration date every time I try to buy some. These issues are when I visit in the morning, so its not like I am showing up later in the day, after they got hit with rush after rush. The store should be 100% ready EVERY morning BEFORE the rush hits. Theres absolutely zero excuse why the overnight crew doesnt have everything stocked and ready. Why do I have to ask for a donut box, or ask for coffee cups, why do I have to take milk out of the fridge and tell them that it expired 2 days ago???? read more

No matter what time of day you go in for tea, it is usually not made. Never have this issue at get go across the street. Now in the morning the past week they don't even have urns out. So don't waste a trip going in Poor staff. read more
