The restrooms were reasonably well-maintained, and the gas pumps were efficient; which basically satisfied our needs. The only vendor open at that time of night was the 7-Eleven; which had a surprisingly limited number of soda options from which to choose. Overall, its strongest feature is its convenience; if one wants to make a quick stop, and keep moving on.

This is somewhere that, in future, I will consciously avoid stopping. The petrol in this part of the country is generally dirt cheap, yet this Sunoco (because it's on a Turnpike) is charging Western NY prices (as in very high) instead of NE Ohio prices. I won't give them a 1 just because nothing utterly awful happened here, but still. If you can get gas elsewhere, you should.

Absolutely treacherous. My car spun out and needed towed from Girard to Niles. The police called…read morePantalone towing. I called them the same day to see when I could pick up my car and the man who answered was incredibly unprofessional when he stated I had "racked up a very high bill" and he implied I couldn't afforx it. I said I knew it wasn't going to be cheap but obviously I needed my car back. He said they were closed and to call back tomorrow, so I did. When I called the next morning, the same man answered and said "If I charged you what the state said I should, you'd be down north of three grand. What can you afford?" I had never heard someone ask that. I asked what the least he could charge was and he said $1,000. I didn't really have an option as they had my car!! I drove an hour and a half to get my car and only when I was about 40 minutes out did they call me back and tell me it was cash payment only. So I had to stop at an ATM on the way to get cash when they started complaining about me being late. When I got there, I asked for an itemized receipt and all I got was a receipt that had $1,000 written next to "Miscellaneous charges." I'm really considering legal action because this just does not feel right. I didn't know what to do in the moment as I'd never been in an accident or needed my car towed, so I didn't know that wasn't how it worked. If I ever need my car towed, I will be specifically requesting they DON'T use Pantalone Towing. Absolutely awful.

If you need roadside help and he's available, don't bother calling anyone else.
