We will not be going to sheetz anymore!! 2nd time we order online and when we went to pick up they didn't have the item and then were told we can't exchange it for something we had to go and ask thru the app for refund. by the way you can't do it thro the app you have to call corporate!! If you don't have it take it off your website!! We are done !!! We usu go there because it's close to work for breakfast and lunch but no more!! Now to reason for my review, Sheets food has steadily gone downhill & so pre made its Blah! This morning, I could not get a but one breakfast sandwich with pre-made scrabble egg (Substitute im sure) and ONLY on English Muffin. Well I got back in my truck still dark 6am. Took my first bite and I could have sworn It was a kitchen sponge. It had no flavor of bread, egg, cheese, or bacon. It had been a while since I tried food since Sheetz down graded to a square Slice of somesort of a facilitating of a Pizza. Taste like the container. Even coffee is instant coffee! This place deserves a single star, not only for the location and attention to detail by the employees, but also Sheetz as a whole for not shutting down the drive thru option on the app when the drive thru was closed. Pouring rain, ordered only bc we didn't have to get out of the truck with 3 hours home in front of us. Walked in, soaked due to no parking anywhere near the store. Order was wrong. Missing sauces we paid way too much for as 'extra dippers' and got an attitude asking for the correct meals that we paid for. Mickey is very sweet. she absolutely made my day. i asked her if she was working alone today because of the wait in the drive thru. i know what it's like working alone and it's not easy. i'm just happy she came to work and worked hard for all her customers today. i know on days like that, i could definitely cry just from the stress alone but she had a smile on her face and was really happy to see her customers. i want to personally thank Mickey for her bright attitude and being so friendly. i hope everyone remembers to be kind to others, especially those who may be having a tough day. this world matters far beyond us. I stopped by for gas and had a free fizz drink loaded on my card. There was a lot of gas pumps and the store was very clean. I stopped by the soda machine, which offered lots of options. It's been so long since I've gotten a soda from the fizz station. Overall, great customer service. I will continue to support Sheetz! read more

What happened to this location? It has seriously gone downhill. Our family ordered food and was seriously disappointed. The cooks did not put any of the sandwich toppings we requested and paid for on our sandwiches. The milkshakes were leaking everywhere and super watery. The kitchen staff had nasty attitudes and did a terrible job at filling our order on a slow Saturday. read more

The place is a dump now. I had been going to it since it was built, but no more. There always seems to be pumps down. I'm tired of my orders being wrong. They have clearly changed how they do business, over the last couple of years. Either coffee machines or fountain machines are out of order. I go to Wawa now. Way better. read more

If you're in absolutely no rush and have all day to wait on food, whether it be a meal or something as simple as a hot dog then this place is for you. This is hands down the slowest sheetz I've ever been to and sometimes you'll wait 20 minutes just for them to give you cold food or everything you ordered won't be in the bag,.. Like come on... I've been sitting here for 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks and fries and all you handed me was cold fries and forgot the mozzarella sticks?? Btw the service is just as bad even if you're the only customer. read more

The way they run drive-thru is ridiculous! They have ONE person upfront manning the drive-thru & register at the same time, causing the drive-thru to take up to 15 or more minutes (making the food cold or the drinks melted) and the line at the register being all the way down to the drinks. When they make their frozen drinks they never blend it enough, it has ice chunks in it and it's not even frozen. The burgers are frozen, put into a microwave to heat up then put onto a bun, which is absolutely disgusting. And worse of all, the staff are only nice to their "regulars" and have a false reputation of being friendly to everyone. The way they run the whole place is just terrible. Sheetz is not messing around by being an all encompassing venue. Cheap gas, convenience store, and surprisingly decent food? Not only that, but you get to customize your food. This was my first time eating their food and it was delicious. I ordered a fish wrap? It fell apart a bit. I customized it with some pico de gallo and jalapenos. For sauce choice, I chose something called "Boom Boom sauce." I'm not sure what it is, in terms of ingredients, but it's delicious. This tasted like a spicy, fresh 1000 island dressing? The wrap kind of fell apart a little? The fish might be a little large for it, unless you want to squeeze down and crush it all together. I'd actually skip jalapenos in the future! I ended up picking mine out (fail on my part for adding them, as they really overpowered the overall flavor). The fries are actually really good french fries, so I'm very much a fan of them and I totally look forward to eating them time and time again. I love a good french fry. The staff are all really nice and eager to make sure things are taken care of in a quick and pleasant manner. It's a good place. I'll be sure to check out more of the food options. The outdoor sitting area is standard. They just opened, so I don't know if it will always be well maintained, but it was really clean. I very well could have been the first person to eat out there, from the look of it. read more

I went here just for 2 bowls of Mac and Cheese, and that's it. I waited 15 minutes. The Mac and Cheese was frozen solid. Literally, frozen, in a block. A fork would not do anything. This happened twice. I will not be returning to this sheetz ever. read more

I don't stop by often due to a change in work location, but when I do I'm never disappointed by the service I receive. Although always busy, you can tell they are working diligently to get you in and out quickly. I am always met with a smile and welcoming greeting and thanked for stopping by. The tire pressure gauge at the air pump is dangerously inaccurate. Tried to get 4 tires filled after setting desired pressure but found results either much too high or too low, checking with my own gauge. I can't be the only one to notice, but I doubt that anyone working there has bothered with it. It's been broken for weeks. read more

I ordered food today and the chicken was not cooked all the way. I wanted it coated in BBQ and it was coated in hot sauce. I also ordered cheese bites and didn't get them. The place always has different staff, they are obviously short staffed. Not buying food from here anymore, with so many other options, its not needed. They often under cook the food and forget to put things in the bag. I've had them make the wrong thing before. That's a pain if you are traveling through and don't have time to check everything...why should you??? Very slow service no matter what time you go through there. Not a good place unless you buy gas or prepackaged food. read more
