The atmosphere was cute and very lively on a Wednesday night! The service is a little tricky, you have to order at the bar. Would prefer if they had their own window for ordering! Nonetheless the food was great-- we tried one of everything. The bao buns were by far our favorite and next time I'll probably just stick with those. Everything is $16 dollars... for the chicken basket it's worth it because it's a TON of chicken, but prices felt a little high for some of the other options. Overall very happy to see them back open and will for sure return in the future.

Food took about 40 minutes to come out, but once it did it was soooooo amazing!! The Korean birria taco with the consommé were made for each other! The savory meat, cheese, and sweet and salty broth mixed so well together. The fries were good and dipped well with the consommé. The munch box is a good amount of food to split between two people, and is needed if you get a buzz from Buskey cider. My only critique was the very long wait time (40 minutes) for the food to come out which was due in part that only two or three people were in the truck. Overall some amazing food here!! I'm definitely coming back again to try the bao buns next time Food(50%): 8.5 Staff/service(25%): 5.0 Value(25%): 7.0 Overall: 7.3/10

Their menu offers mini donuts (can order them by half a dozen, dozen, or in a bucket) and Shakeups (which are beverages where you can choose your puree and syrup flavors). For the donuts, you first choose your sugar (powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar, cookies and cream, salted caramel, apple cider, or pumpkin spice), then your choice of drizzle (vanilla, chocolate, maple, caramel, strawberry, blueberry, pumpkin, or peanut butter), and add any additional toppings (Reese's Pieces, Reese's Cup, Snickers, Twix, Butterfinger, Oreos, peanuts, bacon, or chocolate/rainbow sprinkles). For the Shakeups, you have lemonade, limeade, orangeade, or the dreamsicle, with the choice of puree (strawberry, peach, raspberry, blueberry mango, pineapple, black cherry, or blackberry), and syrup flavors (blood orange, blue cotton candy, watermelon, lavendar, cranberry, blue raspberry, blueberry, coconut, or cherry). They also offer specials, such as hand-battered chicken and shrimp baskets. Note that items are available until they are sold out, so I recommend in getting to them as early as you can! I was wondering where they were hiding all the legit authentic taco trucks in Richmond so after a…read morelittle driving around I found several here on Hull near these guys . I ordered the Queso Birria tacos and a Pastor burrito just to try a couple different things . They give you a little buzzer just like cheesecake factory so that you're not standing out there in the cold so that was nice. When the buzzer filing went off, I was excited to see what was in the box . When I popped it open and looked at those birria tacos it was beautiful. Tortillas, fried to perfection, plenty of meat and cheese and onions. They even threw in some grilled onions and a seared jalapeño along with two different salsa to try. The consome was very tasty. Had nice color and loaded. The meat was marinated to perfection and super tender. The pastor burrito was really good too. It came with the side of grilled onions and a fresh jalapeño seared. The pastor was super tender and goood . The one thing I would say we could do better is put up a menu so we know how much things cost. You're just ordering off pictures. So I didn't really care for that. They do have a couple of chalkboards with daily specials too, so you never know what you're gonna get . I'll definitely make my way down the road to some of the other taco trucks nearby but I'll say this was a great start for Hull St FYI they do take debit credit or cash, of course
