First time in the area and this was lovely! I'm a "Sheetz Freak" for life now. Apparently this chain coined the term "Made-To-Order"??? Made for me! Great selection of subs and snacks.... but this has radicalized and embittered me towards Maverick stops in Utah. I also can't wait to come back and try the shakes!! read more

I can't comment on much because I did a quick to-go order, but the fries were DELICIOUS! Super hot, fresh, and crispy. The worker who handed them over was very nice. read more

Oh how we miss SHEETZ! We fell in love with this gas station brand when we lived in NC. On our way up to NY from Houston, we were passing through OH and discovered... OHIO HAS SHEETZ?!?!?! OMG! How exciting!!! We HAD TO get mozz sticks here. They are the best! In NC, my husband knew I wasn't a big "flowers for Valentine's Day" type girl so he would bring me home a bouquet of SHEETZ MOZZ STICKS. Let me tell you, the ones we had here did not disappoint! The warmed marinara plus ooey gooey cheese is pretty much perfection. The staff here were great as well. The cashier and I chatted away like old pals. The Sheetz brand always has such a high level of cleanliness, which is super important to us. This location was no exception. Ultra clean restrooms, clean beverage areas and spotless floors were found here. Can't wait to hit up another SHEETZ on the way home! read more

Not too often you see a gas station with a drive thru for food and drinks. This place rivals Wawa's on the east coast. Decent deli food, commendable options as well as items to be picked up in the convenience store Grade: A read more

I went through the drive thru to get a drink. I tried the new Toffreeze Milkshake. Unfortunately I had to add it to the bag and go to the last steps of checkout to see what it was made with. However it sounded good so I completed the order. It was very delicious. A must try. read more

I would leave a negative star review if I could, yesterday me and my girlfriend went in to this sheetz as it is close to our home to pick up flowers for thanksgiving. We used her sheetz go to just go in and get them and go, the point of the app. We showed the person at the counter that we used sheetz go, and they nodded so we left. We went in this morning, and my girlfriend was stopped by a manager who told her she had to pay for the flowers we already got the day before, because "they" couldn't find the records. Then called over an officer and was saying she couldn't leave until she paid for the flowers again. Safe to say we will be driving a little extra further to a different sheetz from now on, will not be going there no more. read more

This sheetz used to be so good and fast but lately has been super slow and the staff are incredibly rude. Also Cheerwine is always in stock but I have to ask them to get it from the back every time. Why not put it out??? 4 hot dogs should not take 30 minutes. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped in the drive thru at 7:02pm after returning from a family function for Labor Day. We stopped because we wanted a milkshake and the place was practically empty. After we placed our order for 2 milkshakes we pulled ahead towards the window. There was 1 car ahead of us already at the window. it took them 20min to get all their order and pull away. Once we got to the window, the cashier took our money and said hi to our dog. We waited and waited. As we waited, the three cars behind us either left or went around to the front to go inside and get their orders, which they got and left. Meanwhile we kept waiting. At 750pm, I knocked on the window, the cashier came over and said "You still havent gotten your shakes?" i said know and I just want our money back. Weve been waiting since 7 and my girlfriend has to work at 5am. He disappeared and went on to help other customers. He motioned to us several times to wait a minute. He came back and gave us a story about how the milkshakes were made awhile ago and they lost them. I said again we just want our money back so we can go. He disappeared again and came back and said im waiting on our supervisor and walked off. The supervisor finally came over. He looked like he hadnt bathed in a week. He asked us if we had the milkshakes, i said yes and we just want our money back. He worked the computer and gave us half our money back in rolled coins. I know with everything going on that places are short staffed but that is inexcusable. We waited an our, wasted fuel just to get our money back in rolled coins. No apology, nothing. I filed a complaint with their customer service but im not expecting much. read more

Waited over an hour for Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella stick. The late night staff showed no sense of urgency. The food was severely undercooked, if I wait over an hour it should at least be cooked. Also they didn't even give the correct food items in the order while being extremely disrespectful read more

Went late night and took over an hour to get our food. Was not very pleased with service up until now. Team has always been helpful up until tonight where we had to wait almost an hour for mozzarella sticks and Mac and cheese bites.... read more

Sat in the drive-through waiting for food for 20 minutes. The quesadilla was not grilled at all, totally just like microwaved tortilla. The "salsa" is like tomato sauce in a pouch. My friends milkshake was also incorrect. Very disappointing to wait so long and pay almost $30 for such poor service. read more

same feces stain on the men's toilet seat for the past two days, also placed an online order that said it would be ready in ten minutes, took 40 minutes to get my food, the girls standing behind the counter were just talking and didn't even acknowledge me or start making my food until after I had already been standing waiting for 20 minutes, after my food was finally done, the young lady with the small tattoo on her right forearm walked up came face to face with me, bagged my food, walked away with it and put it at the front register, extremely poor service, management should check their employees customer service skills. garbage read more

They were extremely understaffed, slow, and borderline disrespectful. It took them half an hour to make a single simple order. The staff was in no hurry, and left their post multiple times until customers left without their orders. Do not go to this sheetz. read more
