Oh how we miss SHEETZ! We fell in love with this gas station brand when we lived in NC. On our way up to NY from Houston, we were passing through OH and discovered... OHIO HAS SHEETZ?!?!?! OMG! How exciting!!! We HAD TO get mozz sticks here. They are the best! In NC, my husband knew I wasn't a big "flowers for Valentine's Day" type girl so he would bring me home a bouquet of SHEETZ MOZZ STICKS. Let me tell you, the ones we had here did not disappoint! The warmed marinara plus ooey gooey cheese is pretty much perfection. The staff here were great as well. The cashier and I chatted away like old pals. The Sheetz brand always has such a high level of cleanliness, which is super important to us. This location was no exception. I would leave a negative star review if I could, yesterday me and my girlfriend went in to this sheetz as it is close to our home to pick up flowers for thanksgiving. We used her sheetz go to just go in and get them and go, the point of the app. We showed the person at the counter that we used sheetz go, and they nodded so we left. We went in this morning, and my girlfriend was stopped by a manager who told her she had to pay for the flowers we already got the day before, because "they" couldn't find the records. Then called over an officer and was saying she couldn't leave until she paid for the flowers again. Safe to say we will be driving a little extra further to a different sheetz from now on, will not be going there no more. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped in the drive thru at 7:02pm after returning from a family function for Labor Day. We stopped because we wanted a milkshake and the place was practically empty. After we placed our order for 2 milkshakes we pulled ahead towards the window. There was 1 car ahead of us already at the window. it took them 20min to get all their order and pull away. Once we got to the window, the cashier took our money and said hi to our dog. We waited and waited. As we waited, the three cars behind us either left or went around to the front to go inside and get their orders, which they got and left. Meanwhile we kept waiting. At 750pm, I knocked on the window, the cashier came over and said "You still havent gotten your shakes?" i said know and I just want our money back. Weve been waiting since 7 and my girlfriend has to work at 5am. He disappeared and went on to help other customers. He motioned to us several times to wait a minute. He came back and gave us a story about how the milkshakes were made awhile ago and they lost them. I said again we just want our money back so we can go. He disappeared again and came back and said im waiting on our supervisor and walked off. The supervisor finally came over. He looked like he hadnt bathed in a week. He asked us if we had the milkshakes, i said yes and we just want our money back. He worked the computer and gave us half our money back in rolled coins. I know with everything going on that places are short staffed but that is inexcusable. We waited an our, wasted fuel just to get our money back in rolled coins. No apology, nothing. Overweight women at the counter doesn't do her job at all. If you go in the drive thru she will completely ignore you and all other people in drive thru, you won't get your food at all, you'll be ignored for 20-30 minutes until your sick of waiting and just leave. Sat in the drive-through waiting for food for 20 minutes. The quesadilla was not grilled at all, totally just like microwaved tortilla. The "salsa" is like tomato sauce in a pouch.
