This place used to be my go-to for breakfast burritos before work every morning. That is until they hired this one girl in the kitchen who is incapable of putting together a breakfast burrito. She seems to not care about the food she prepares at all. This morning was the 3rd time she made my burrito and it will be the last. I always get a sausage, egg, and cheese with salsa added. 1st time she used cocktail sauce instead of salsa. 2nd time she forgot to add the cheese. This time she managed to fuse the paper wrap to the tortilla, causing the burrito to fall apart as I opened it. It seems this employee needs to be retrained on how to prepare food.

It was dirty and nasty because it went flat as I was in the middle of mowing a lawn . The technicians took the time to service my tire and determined that it didn't have a leak, but may have been something with the beads not sealing properly. They not only took the time to check it out for me, but they also handed me back a clean tire. The hole in the wall looks just like that like a hole in the wall, but if you want to take your tire business somewhere to people that care about what they do and are kind and generous to the community then you need to go there. I highly recommend this business.

My mother had a low tire and we took It there to figure out pricing. An employee wearing an FBI hoodie, and looking like he just smoked a pipe, started to literally cursed me out, due to my mother being by the shack area where the tires and or work is done. When I tried to apologize and be polite, he became more aggressive and continued to used cursed words towards me, in a racist manner due to us being Hispanic that maybe we couldn't read the sign. We immediately got i to our vehicles and left. He cursed me and my mother out like straight dogs, don't even know how to treat people decently. Will never ever be returning. That employee is disgruntled and is ruining your business. Also the last tires have plugs in them, prices changed from calling to actually arriving at this place, and rude employees. They are holding my car hostage behind locked gates after the cops had them tow it the other night and they are acting as if it is their property. My insurance does not have local adjusters so im having to get photos of it myself and they are acting as if it is such a problem that I have to go get more photos because my insurance is being difficult with the photos. I wouldn't trust them to fix my car or tow it again. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered and hopefully the last time I need to use a company like this.

The OnStar was never activated, nor was the XM radio. I had to take care of both of these items myself. We were also promised a clean and fueled car. Neither happened. The exterior glass was cleaned and that was it. The interior glass still had the tape from the stickers and the other windows had a film on the interior. We had to drive the sales associate to the gas station and she put $20 worth of gas in our vehicle with took us to just over half a tank. The purchase experience could have been better, but its why Opequon is getting at least 2 starts. Service: I heard from several people about the poor service department and the terrible attitude of Morgan Robinson who deals with the customers. I decided to disregard this an set up an appt to get my car fixed. Morgan immediately gave my wife attitude and disregarded things she would say. She should no way deal with customers face to face. The service techs also said they wouldn't service the vehicle it there were no codes to run. I'm sure the vehicle won't code a seat that doesn't work properly with the lane assist. They said nothing was wrong and sent us on our way. Needless to say, the seat doesn't operate as it did when we purchased the car and needless to say... we won't go back to Opequon Motors for service.

After my last couple experiences I can say I will be looking for a new garage for my car and will never buy a car from them again. So I took my car in about 2 weeks ago at this point. I needed a new rear differential and timing chains. They had the car for over a week, but luckily this time they gave me a courtesy car. I pick the car up yesterday and pay the $2150 bill so all should be good. Leave the dealership fine, but once I get back to my house the battery is completely dead. Jump it and it will not hold a charge, hmmmm, it was fine when it went in. Get the car to Opequon and they confirm the battery is dead and tell me it will be $215 dollars, but they will see if they can split that cost. Excuse me??? I must have heard that wrong, I have to pay for something that you screwed up? No more of my business will be going to this place.
