They do not stand behind their warranty! I am so pleased with the results of our landscaping project. Debbie, the landscape designer, was a pleasure to work with. I contacted Sheetz Landscaping through email and received a prompt response. After our initial consultation with Debbie, she emailed us a detailed landscaping plan. She laid out exactly what was going to be planted and where. This was the only landscaping company that gave us the option of a detailed drawing. I really appreciated the fact that I knew exactly what was going to be planted. The workers did a fantastic job removing our old bushes and planting our new landscaping. After the project was completed, Debbie came out to discuss how to take care of the new plantings. This helped take the worry out of how to take care of all the plantings. I already know I will be working with Sheetz again for my next landscaping project. My husband and I hired Sheetz Landscaping this year to do our weekly lawn service. This spring we also had them plant a birch tree and numerous shrubs to totally change the appearance of the area near our driveway which overlooks a pond. We were so pleased with the results of that project that we then decided to have Sheetz Landscaping also redo the landscaping in the front of our house. Many of our shrubs were overgrown, and others had died due to the past winter's damaging weather. The owner, Larry Sheetz, first met with me to discuss the landscaping, and then had his landscape designer, Debbie, present her recommendations for replacing numerous shrubs to improve the appearance of our front yard. She not only made suggestions, but also explained why she chose each shrub or perennial. Debbie was very professional, and I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. The second landscaping project was completed today, and I am so very pleased with the result. The landscaping looks beautiful, and it has greatly improved the look of our front yard. My entire experience was dismal, unprofessional, and overall, left a sour taste in my mouth. I am very happy that I never got past the the quote stage and was only out a few hundred dollars( Their fee for a basic quote.). It was beyond difficult to just get that far. I contacted Sheetz Landscaping a couple of weeks ago needing new landscaping in our backyard prior to a graduation party. The yard was is bad shape. Debbie promptly returned my call, and arranged to come out soon thereafter. She put together a design, and scheduled the crew, all within a very narrow time frame. The workers were friendly and efficient. We also had Sheetz spruce up our front flower beds, adding mulch and edging. Everything looks fabulous!!! We also were given detailed information regarding watering and care. I really appreciate the responsiveness and timely manner in which Sheetz met our needs, as well as the company's professionalism. We have worked with Sheetz Landscaping for over 18 years. I can't count the number of times Larry has come to the rescue. Sheetz Landscaping has completed large landscaping projects for us including design and installation of plants around an addition and a huge stone patio with stone walls for entertaining. The crew is fabulous on the large projects and their response is terrific in an emergency. When we had a large tree fall down into the road this winter, Larry was on the spot within an hour to clear the road. Prices are fair. Execution is superb. read more
