Gerardo has always been there for me. He does bill monthly for ongoing service. He's kind of quiet but he always does when he's supposed to do. GERARDO has been my go to guy for a year and a half now. He cuts my grass whenever I need him to. I have .75 acres so it's a big yard. He has a huge rideable lawnmower so he can cut my grass in 10 minutes and it takes me like three hours to do it with my lawnmower. His rates are very reasonable. He has also been there to help me with other things like moving furniture. I am an older woman living alone and I need some help. He has been available the same or next day for so many things. The reason I'm writing this review today is because he was my hero yesterday. My central AC has been broken for a couple of days. There have been delays in getting it repaired. The first company couldn't do it and I'm waiting for the second one to come out meanwhile it was more than 90° in my house and one of my dogs is sick. When I asked GERARDO to help me install a window AC unit upstairs and I told him the situation he said "I will be right over". He came and installed that AC for us and I'm just so grateful for all of the extra things that he's done for me. I highly recommend him.
