It's your typical gas station food, but the boyfriend insisted we had to eat here because it was a very nostalgic place for him. If you're looking for some food on the go or late at night, it's definitely a solid choice. Otherwise, don't have too much of an expectation. There are touchscreen pads to order on and we picked up a few hotdogs. You can also add extra toppings to it. I also wanted the nachos, but it wasn't listed on the menu on its own. It was weird that you had to order another item that was paired with the nachos, so I ended up getting two chicken sliders as well. When we got our food, I opened the nachos to find barely any cheese on there. It wasn't enough to cover all the chips, so a bit disappointing there. Was on my way out of town for a trip for work and I needed to stop and get fuel before I hit I-80 (I'm not familiar with the road and I didn't want to be to far between exits without fuel). Made my way here and then onward with my travels. While here I was also craving some sweet tea for the long drive ahead of me. I went inside and made my way about the store and got everything that I needed for the rest of my trip and little afterwards as well. The store was well put together, clean and staffed with friendly people. The lot outside is huge and feels a bit out of place. That is until the area around it develops (which it appears it is in the process of doing). Exiting was a breeze, all you need to do is follow the signage and you'll be good. To the person that wrote a review about being angry about his card being compromised. Little hint, this establishment has nothing to do with the person who stole the information, nor the person the used the information. Going to this store where fraud was reported was about as smart a move as complaining on Yelp about it. read more

This Sheetz store & gas station is conveniently located off I-99 Exit 78B on PA 150 in Bellefonte. This location has 14 fueling positions including diesel plus a kerosene pump in front of the store and a car wash too. The convenience store is a typical Sheetz store which offers plenty of MTO food & ice cream treats (order using touch screens/pay at front register) then pickup food when number is called, similar to Wawa. The store also offers a good variety of hot & cold drinks (coffees, fountain drinks, etc) plus snacks, candy, beer, soda cave (my home state of NH has beer caves), baked goods, donuts, grab & go items, small groceries, lottery tickets, tobacco products, ATM, and misc items. There are also clean restrooms in the back corner of the store. I like ordering hot and fresh food here. I really enjoy the crispy fried fish snack wraps with lettuce, tomato, cheese, old bay seasoning and tartar sauce, so good! The coffee here is good too! Great place to go if your in a hurry and they got their stuff together within these last couple of years from there first opening years ago. I am going to say right now that this is indeed a truly LONG NOVEL so just give it a shot you've came this far anyways‍. I was always told and have had many of my own personal experience opening a new place, you should always give a business 6months to at least a minimum of a 1year to get their stuff together before writing a RUDE REVIEW because finding the right employees this days in age to fill a position is hard to find and it takes at least a year to find the right person to fill possible just one position and to fill all staff positions that will stay with you for over two years will probably take a manager 4-5years. That is if the management/corporate office is at least half way decent!!! We all know that one corporation that you always said that you would never work for?! RIGHT??? Honestly that person at the minimum age of 30+ years of age with the proper EXPERIENCE and knowledge of their job I have had personally figured out first hand. Also, that they keep BUSY ALL THE TIME, that is going to be the obvious correct person to hire for any position that is available and sometimes you just don't have the correct or enough applications and the management is to lazy to recruit their own employees! Just being honest here! We all know that there is always things to do at any paying job. I like to say (thanks to my mother), "If You Can Lean You Can Clean", that is truly one of the best thing you could teach a young child along with, "Patients my Child" (another motherly lesson), because we all need to understand that patience is a true virtue, just like the saying goes. Also, to be thought those lessons as early as 1-2years old that would just be my opinion. So the reviews from the first year they opened are going to suck because A LOT of folks these days had have NEVER worked in customer service/retail in there life's! I truly believe that everyone should have to work in customer service/retail for a minimum of TWO YEARS (yeah, I said it) most folks get pissed when I say that because have they had NEVER worked in that industry before also, they like to then say "well you should do my job"!!! I then normally would say pending on my current mood, I have because truth be told I've done over 22 jobs in my 27 out of my 40 years of life working sir/ma'am. So having to work in the customer service industry will help folks then understanding of the job, because truth be told it sucks 80-90% of the time because everyday there is going to be at the minimum of ONE PERSON that will indeed ruin your day, either an employee or customer. If you allow them to that is, you must be a strong minded person to do that to just dismiss someone's arrogance. We all have seen that RUDE PERSON, if you haven't then you either are that ONE PERSON, or you are under the age of 25 and never worked in Customer Service/Retail a day in your life cause we all know it only takes a day to figure out that it truly does suck 80-90% of your 8+ hour shift. I think that most of the older folks like myself have had those kind of days where someone calls off or is a NO SHOW and you get stuck working the shift at least once in your lifetime. Alright I'm done ranting about customer service/retail cause if you HAVE gotten this far you truly are that one person that has indeed worked in retail for a long period of years or you are indeed that ONE PERSON that is a true "Asshat" that thinks it's appropriate to act/say anything remotely RUDE to the employee(s) man, like this saying goes "get your head out of your ass it's not a hat Becky". My Debit Card was compromised at this Sheetz Store, Benner Pike, PA. I received a FRAUD alert from by bank, Jersey Shore State Bank. The bank sent me a report concerning the attempts to get $$$ from my card, but the Bank Caught it and notified me. I went to the Store to tell the manager about the Fraud Alert and spoke to Lisa, the Manager on Duty. I showed her the documentation from the bank. She stood there and made excuses and blew me off. She did NOT want to believe what I told her, even with Bank Fraud alert in hand. That woman knows less about Fraud Alerts from a bank than she knows about management. I miss Sheetz!! If you've ever been to one, you know that you can get your fuel as well as good snacks, hot cocoa, coffee, deli treats there. Some offer Subway, others have a kitchen where they'll make your food- you just step up to a kiosk and put in your order (burgers, wraps, etc) and they'll make it for you- I had wanted to see what they were doing (like Subway) so that I could request some of this, less of that, but this is nit-picking on my part. One of the cashiers was rude to my friend; she bought a large drink and an MTO as a combo deal, and the cashier was very rude in asking her if she had a Sheetz card. The cashier also charged her a dollar more for the drink than she should have been charged. I don't remember this cashier's name. In addition, I bought what was labeled as a chicken Caesar wrap, but actually turned out to be chicken salad. Gross. I don't live around Bellefonte so it isn't a huge concern, but buyer beware. read more
