The problem was when I asked the sales clerk(dark-haired lady)in the front about hours, she said they were closed until 2. I said ok and started going to my car to wait. Then I heard her say under her breath, "Just like every day." I said," Excuse me? " Then she started backtracking like she wasn't being bitchy. On top of that, when I was in line getting the prescription, I could hear her reprimand the pharmacy staff about hanging up coats instead of leaving them on a table. Fair enough, but as a customer, I shouldn't hear her scolding the staff. Maybe she was having an off day, maybe that's every day... I don't know because I don't usually use that store. The moral of the story is that if you go to CVS in Bellefonte, don't ask the dark-haired lady up front questions. You'll get an attitude back.

They are not conveniently located, but not so far away. They seem a little curt sometimes, and their web site is somewhat a mess. They do not appear to sell homeopathic medicines like RiteAid does. My doctor has me on a broad spectrum placebo, and they do not stock that either (as far as I know). We should all use them more often. And, I have to wonder why this is the first review.

The manager and Team lead where both there when i picked up my car and didn't bother to tell me that there was a mishap on their part. This happened in may and I am still waiting for compensation. I asked if the insurance would pay for a rental car, which i was told i would have to send them a copy on the invoice. Keep in mind you can only rent a car for 30 days. I don't have the means to pay for a rental car and wait months to get reimbursed for it. Store manager Mike was no help at all when I contacted him, he told me it was an insurance issue. The compensation may be in insurance issue which i have options on them as well. The store manager should be responsible to the customer's complaint and address it, but he doesn't care. I have contacted Walmart Headquarters 3 times and was told i would be contacted, that's a joke because I have yet to hear from anyone.
