Terrible food everything just get a sandwich that's supposed to be cooked they just throw it together raw store is always filthy

I like going to this Sheetz location when on Waterloo Road. It's always easy to find a parking spot. It's also fun to go inside and order a milkshake from the kiosk. The shakes here are made to order and are customizable. Shakes aren't created until the customer pays at the register. My favorite is the peanut butter with whipped cream. There are many flavors of shakes to choose from. Smooth, creamy, fresh and a good value. read more

I'm giving Sheetz 3 stars based on the business model, I'm giving this Sheetz an extra star for toiling endlessly for the grizzled unhinged masses. Sheetz serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner 24/7, 365. Sometimes the food can be a little inconsistent, but before I even think of complaining, I stop and breathe. A small voice echoes from within: "Hey babe" -- that's what I call myself-- "Did you just order food from a gas station?" I nod quietly to myself, and eat my weird Italian cold cut salad. Oh, speaking of-- Sheetz, why did you get rid of the oil & vinegar option for the salads? It was my favorite. Please bring it back. Maybe I'll give you that fifth star. More cheese options for salads would be really nice too, but that's okay. Because you are a gas station. That I'm eating from. I know that people come in on THANKSGIVING to order 17 turkey sandwiches for their entire families. And you make it for them. I've seen it. Sheetz has this habanero buffalo sauce that I can tell you with absolutely no hyperbole that it is the best hot wing sauce I have ever had. I want to buy a big pint of it. Please never get away with that. I will be so sad. Sometimes the coolers are hilariously unstocked. There will be every flavor of gross Reign energy drink and Diet Spite and that's it. I wish I could leave zero stars! I am absolutely appalled. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, being skipped over so the employees could stop and make the orders of off duty sheetz employees my order is missing items after I was told it was checked and someone gave the explanation for not bagging and giving a customer their food as "oh, I just didn't care." I heard you sweetheart. And when I tried calling their phone has a constant busy signal! Unacceptable, I will be contacting corporate, if you don't care about doing your job you don't deserve your job. Update: the woman who said she didn't care is the manager/supervisor at the location. read more

I can't believe I'm the first to review this location it is very conveniently located and is one of the nicer places to refuel in the area. The employees are always friendly and smiling. It is also a great spot to grab a sub sandwich they have computerized menus and the ingredients have always been fresh. Sheetz is known for maintaining a high standard when it comes to their food and coffee and the few times I have eaten a sub from here it exceeded my expectations I actually prefer them over a lots of the sub brands. If you find yourself short on time and hungry this is a great option. read more

This Sheetz on Waterloo rd is going down hill. Always dirty inside and out. Orders don't get made right, staff does not care and rude. Just not a good Sheetz compared to others. read more

I was at this gas station helping a handicap individual with airing up his tires. The staff members came outside and said that I had to stop helping him. That if he wanted help he would come inside for assistance. I am appalled by the way they handle customers. I don't think I'll be going back to this gas station. read more

I ordered a "western" bagel sandwich, which was an actual selection on the order screen, so I purposely picked it because I didn't want to confuse the staff with any special orders. You could tell by looking, that the staff didn't really know how to make it. Two people worked one sandwich, which took forever to make, and I could see one of them throwing bacon over to the other person. The bread tasted like rubber, as it must have been microwaved where a simple toaster would have done the trick, and it would have made the sandwich a little closer to being edible, which it was not. They used too much quac which was also burning hot and oozed everywhere. I ended up throwing the sandwich away, and staying hungry all day at work, and over five dollars poorer.
