I don't live in Ohio now and this happened almost two years ago. I started the review then but was almost afraid to post it. Today I was cleaning up my drafts and I decided that this one deserved to see publication. So, flashback: I bought a few packs of nuts never thinking that they would not be gluten-free. When I went to return them I realized I had no receipt-- but I did have them in a bag and I used a card and I scanned rewards etc. The cashier insisted that she would not take them back because I "probably just stole" them. I was on a DoorDash pickup so I tossed the bag on the counter and said "just keep them." She complained about me and I was deactivated. That same employee ended up harassing me at a restaurant. "See !$&@!, I hurt you." She said to us as David and I sat at First Watch. I stared at her before I said "Thank You." The amazing thing is that I had only great things to say about this location. What changed? I dyed my hair green and was suddenly no longer "okay." I never went back.

Big competition to some of the funky frames I found at online retailers They have some big name designers brand too if you are in to those. The pricing is fantastic I got 2 frames w/o my insurance (EyeMed not approved at Costco) The total cost was less than 1 frame at my optometrist office with insurance!!! The opticians are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Now I haven't gotten my glasses yet but will update this review when I do So far. Top notch satisfied!

It's was nice. Then we got a hot dog combo cuz it was noon and we were hungry. Just know there is no one cleaning any tables. They were very dirty. As usual hot dog combo is great. We then went around looking for the few items we wanted to pick up. Navigating through a few hundred people. The layout is pretty standard. Samples guys and gals all around. They do try and keep the clothing area as neat as possible. However in this location there is a guy that folds clothes and he needs to take a shower. Every time I go and walk past him, he smells. It strong and someone should tell him. Everything else is pretty standard as Costco goes. Staff is nice. Products are well displayed. It's just crazy busy. So be aware if you come here. I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I work in retail and if I did that to my customers I would be fired!
