Today I was cleaning up my drafts and I decided that this one deserved to see publication. So, flashback: I bought a few packs of nuts never thinking that they would not be gluten-free. When I went to return them I realized I had no receipt-- but I did have them in a bag and I used a card and I scanned rewards etc. The cashier insisted that she would not take them back because I "probably just stole" them. I was on a DoorDash pickup so I tossed the bag on the counter and said "just keep them." She complained about me and I was deactivated. That same employee ended up harassing me at a restaurant. "See !$&@!, I hurt you." She said to us as David and I sat at First Watch. I stared at her before I said "Thank You." The amazing thing is that I had only great things to say about this location. What changed? I dyed my hair green and was suddenly no longer "okay." I never went back.

The pricing is fantastic I got 2 frames w/o my insurance (EyeMed not approved at Costco) The total cost was less than 1 frame at my optometrist office with insurance!!! They do try and keep the clothing area as neat as possible. However in this location there is a guy that folds clothes and he needs to take a shower. Every time I go and walk past him, he smells. I finally say " I am with DoorDash and I am here to pick up..." and then the women in the neon reflective vest snaps at me "you're just going to have to wait ". So I stand there waiting while noticing the sealed delivery bag no more than 5 feet from me behind the counter. At 1 minute past when the order is promised to be ready I say " may I please have my order?" The woman in the vest becomes irrate. " I told you to wait! I am busy!" And other statements I can't recall. I respond with I did wait. It's late." The other woman behind the counter joins in " you need to unassign yourself from the dash and leave now!" So I get on the phone to report it to DoorDash. While I am on the phone and after about another 5 minutes the woman in the vest comes over and picks up the sealed delivery bag and moves it 5 feet and says" there you go." I do not know why the employees at this location felt it necessary to treat a delivery driver contracted to delivery product from their store to their customer so poorly. Terrible experience just trying to do my job with your company!
