The people that work there, are some of the RUDEST people I've ever met. I've only been there three times and each time was worse than the last. The last time I went there, I forgot what I was buying but I was paying with tap pay, and the guy working there told me the total. So I start typing in my password to open my Apple wallet and another customer walks in behind me, and the guy working at the counter was like " I can help you" even though I hadn't paid yet. And then when the other customer left the worker looks at me and with an attitude said "are you ready now?" And I said I was ready I was just typing in my password to pay with my phone. And he said "well you could've told me that" AGAIN WITH A ATTITUDE. I will never go back to that place. They OBVIOUSLY don't know how to talk to people. read more

I go to Rocky's every single day! Couldn't find nicer people any where else! They treat their customers like family!

Rocky's is a great local gas station. The owner Shaun is a great guy that does alot for the community and the kids of Barberton.

ROCKYS IS AWFUL. I own a landscaping business and fill up my gas tanks and cans for my mowers there all the time. The one time dairy queen across the street was full and the signs on the road said no parking I parked my truck and trailer on the side of the building. Before I can walk to dairy queen to grab my food to go and leave. I have three guys coming out cussing and yelling at me to move my truck. Threatening to jump me and kick my ass if I didn't move my truck. They have awful customer service no one should ever stop there. Way better ways to handle the situation than whatever that was. read more

I go in there after school and they are amazing. Both staff treats costumers wonderful, the service is fast, many snacks, lottery, etc.

Staff are dickheads, tell me my card is declined and to pull around so I pulled into a spot, went inside. They all stare at me as I'm walking around trying to transfer money to my card.. I walked into this place with my 2- and 4 year-old daughters on a road trip in a bathroom emergency situation (if you don't have kids, you may not understand how serious this is). They were the only gas station I could find off of I-76 off of that exit. I was appalled when we walked in together and the man behind the counter immediately said "We don't have a public bathroom here, you have to go next door to the Dairy Queen." As he said this, I noticed a bathroom about 30 feet from where I stood. So I looked at him, looked at the bathroom door, shook my head and walked out. (the workers at Dairy Queen told me annoyedly that he always sends people to them). Please do not give this place your business. not a family-friendly establishment, whatsoever. read more

The guys here are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful. Very community oriented. They pass out hats & gloves to kids in winter. Always greeted with a smile and "be safe". Drive Thru has great selection & friendly efficient service. read more

I had just picked my son up from football practice, and he was thirsty. I went to the drive thru and asked for two Arizona watermelon ice teas. The owner put his hand out for the money, and told me he doesn't want to break a $20.00 for dollar items! I smiled and thought he was joking, and he told me again, he didn't want to break a twenty for two one dollar items. I was SHOCKED. I smiled and left. Circle K across the street took my money gladly. I called this business looking for pricing on their E85 fuel. The twit that answered my phone call told me they aren't supposed to give out that information. When I asked why he hung up on me. I called back same guy answered i asked him why he hung up on me and again why couldn't he tell me their fuel prices. He bypassed the first part and said its against the rules, anything else? I got out the words yeah i'd like to... and he hung up again. Furious i called them back and repeatedly until he didn't hang up on me. at which point he told me that "I can do this all day." I will never step one foot on the property of this so called establishment again. I went thru the drive thru this morning and asked for Hostess choc chip mini muffins. They didnt feel like looking I guess so they said dont carry those. So I parked went in grabbed them threw them on the counter. If they dont want to get things for people, maybe they shouldnt have a drive thru. And since when are these 2 bucks for these little bags? I went in to buy a bottle of water..when I went to pay with my debit card (which is signed) they would not sell it to me without my ID. Idiots! Oh well, there are plenty of other places to get a bottle of water in Barberton! read more
