I had a very disappointing experience with their service. I placed an order for $2,500 worth of labels but canceled it before printing because I realized I had submitted the wrong design. Instead of a refund, they issued a $2,500 store credit, which I accepted. Since they advertise free shipping on orders over $50, I expected to still benefit from that promotion. However, they told me I couldn't use the free shipping code because I was paying with store credit. When I asked if they could simply offer free shipping without a code, they said no. I just don't understand why they're making it so difficult to provide basic, reasonable customer service. It feels like they're going out of their way to make things harder for loyal customers. read more

This company is a joke. Please don't use them. The quality of the label is below what I can print at home and not even close to what I got with the same artwork from other online vendors. The customer service was awful too, I could not get a refund or the labels corrected as they suggested I should have somehow knew that I should find a email and seperately send layered files and pantone colors (both of which I have) instead of going through website and trusting the proofs. The colors did not match that sent or shown in the proofs. The pixelation was so bad that it was unreadable. Please find another vendor. read more

So I choose this company a few years ago to do some label printing for me (actually for a client of ours). There were many such companies to choose from but I chose this company because they are relatively local. I am a strong believer in giving business to local companies whenever possible. I just placed my 5th order and I have to say I could not be happier! Their ordering process is very easy and straight forward. I have ordered from this company 5 times now. Every time I pay for 2 day shipping. 7.99 so why the hell does it take a week to get my order. I'm not talking about time for printing. I can track my orders, from the time the shipping label is made to my front door is 6 days. I have contacted you guys about this and will offer a refund on my shipping or offer anything.
