They told me it was going to be 10-12 week since everything is taking longer and expected delivery was 3/17. They got them in early and I had them installed 2/21. Joe came back with John and got them installed quickly and efficiently. They were super friendly and professional and explained everything that I need to know about my new blind. The time from ordering to delivery was not unreasonable. Over the years we occasionally had maintenance issues with the blinds, both pleated and Venetian. It usually takes some days for a tech to schedule in a service call, but we've almost never been charged if it was a part failure or needed adjustment. Of the several service calls made, perhaps only one were we charged $40, and that was for an upgrade modification. The office staff and technicians have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and technically adept. Perhaps some people expect more than can be reasonably delivered, I can't say exactly why a couple of negative experiences occurred. I can, however, contribute that our experience with the company has been quite different, and I have no plausible reason to not recommend them. Yes, it does take time to build and deliver custom product, and usually there is a wait for a service call, but I don't expect things from a busy company at the snap of my fingers.
