My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.

Terrible experience with Ricardo and Affordable Concrete. I…read morehad met with Ricardo and I explained what i needed done. I stressed to keep rain runoff away from existing patio slab. I ended up getting exactly what i did NOT want. (See photo) When brought to his attention, Ricardo stated that he used a laser level and that me and my wife personally reviewed and approved using our own level. What is NOT true about this statement is the section of new concrete with yellow arrow (see photo) was not personally reviewed nor approved for slope by my wife and I. What is true is that 2 different sections of Ricardo work were checked and found to have an issue with the slope. All of this detail should have been checked by Ricardo, not my wife and I. Ricardo accepts no responsibility for his mistakes and because i was present throughout the job I should have caught this mistake, flagged him and called time out. Almost to say it was my fault. I fully regret hiring this company especially for the amount of money i paid. Almost 12,000.00 dollars. Be careful who you hire, do your homework and most importantly get every little detail in writing. These types of mistakes should not happen. A professional company should consider and apply any and all City of San Antonio Codes to eliminate any discrepancies or mistakes such as water runoff. Affordable Concrete kept my wife and I busy as there were other issues that needed addressing as well. Be careful with who you hire! My response to Ricardo. You are correct, you had no control over my existing slab. You did however have full control on how the concrete you installed slopes. It is the installation and slope of your work that is diverting water onto the existing slab. That is how the water in my photo got there. It is not complicated so please quite trying to spin reality. Its your product, you should own it. I can take a garden hose and show you a video if you like. Just let me know. Also, I will not be deleting my Google review. Maybe some edits but nothing else.

It took them a few days to complete the job and they left all their tools and materials in the back yard EVERYWHERE. They used our electricity as they worked and had so much running that they REPEATEDLY tripped the breaker. These guys don't know how to measure and make cuts as there are gaps between some pieces of wood. An inspector came out and found some discrepancies; these guys only used nails and should have used brackets to ensure the stability of the structure. Trying to get this guy to come correct his mistakes proves to be impossible as he will not reply to emails or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!
