Dr. Clark and his medical staff, the fabulous individuals you are fortunate to see, once you leave the receptionist area. Dr. Clark and his staff of nurses and residents are phenomenal. They are consistently extraordinary, which I attribute to the exceptional leadership, rapport, and fine character of Dr. Clark. Sometimes, there's a disconnect between those who are supposed to schedule, return calls, and cordially welcome you at the reception desk. He's not only a brilliant doctor and surgeon, but an artist at the top of his craft. Far too often, when you call any of the office locations, the call will go to voicemail. Dr. Clark has worked vigorously to correct this, as if it was his own family member experiencing an issue. My recommendation, if the scheduling staff does not return your call, do not wait more than two (2) business days. Call multiple times, state when you left a message, and ask again for the courtesy of a call back. If you're complacent, you may needlessly wait for a return call. Sadly, the scheduling staff, too often, operate with no sense of urgency, nor consideration. Note, the receptionist at this location, is the lone exception to an entire staff that is cordial, and nice. My sole mixed experience, by far, is limited to the practice's Collegeville office, where the medical staff is phenomenal, thorough, empathetic, and personable. However, the lone receptionist can be belligerent, and doesn't realize that a receptionist represents the initial impression of any business, as the person "behind the front desk" is the first person a patient, client, guest, or customer interacts with. The wonderful nurse with a fabulous demeanor, that provided all measurements of my eyes, was as sweet, efficient, professional, kind, and courteous as anyone could expect. I cannot praise her service enough. This practice affords patients the latest technology for examining your eyes; it's truly amazing. The consistent service that the highly professional, and cordial medical staff utilizes to provide the most effective, and efficient care is exceptional. There are few physicians I've ever encountered that are finer in the Ophthalmology field akin to Dr. Clark! He has compassion, empathy, and remarkable communication, and people skills. With this combination of knowledge, experience, skills, and personality traits. I highly recommend Dr. Clark.

They were over an hour behind with appointments the day of my procedure. Patients were backed up out the door waiting to be checked in. Very limited space in the waiting room for seating and some people opted to wait outside because there were no available seats. Other patients that came in after me were seen before me and the office had the audacity to call my home and say I missed my appointment when I was sitting in the the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionist even discussed why a patient was there in front of the other patients. The Doctor previously told me the procedure I needed takes less then a minute and I feel my time was wasted. Needless to say I left without being seen for my procedure. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Save your copay and go where your time and you, as a patient are valued.

Once they called me, the associate was nice doing the various tests but when it came time to see the doctor, it felt a bit like a factory. I felt like I was being rushed and not a whole lot of dialog. Just got right down to business, gave the diagnosis, and moved me on. Not saying the doctors aren't good, but would like to see more personality and interaction with the patient. Ultimately I will need a procedure to correct an issue, but he didn't seem to want to be bothered with my questions. I left feeling a bit nervous and ended up trying to get my answers on the Internet.

In addition, Jessica is a wizard at adjusting glasses that get bumped out of kilter by grandchildren, and the ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and pleasant both in person and on the phone. This location is twice as far from my home as the Paoli location, but I still prefer to go to Phoenixville.

I was referred to Dr Megan Lynott for a consultation of her specialty in Eye Movement disorders…read more She is an employee on salary at the 'Village Optical' and works in their different locations. Dr Lynott falsified my medical records, committed Medicare fraud, unethical behavior, refused to ever meet , talk or write to me explaining her findings. This was supported and encouraged by the owners of Village Optical. I spoke with and emailed the owner, Greg Vallino and his brother Marc Vallino a number of times regarding these issues and asked that they have her follow through with her job and explain her findings to me. Their first response was "we are 100% sure that Dr. Lenott's Documentation were accurate". if they had audio recordings of appointments they would know she's lying. The only possible way they could say that is if the wrote or helped her write the falsified records. Which are now part of my permanent Medical Record. She sent these falsified records to my primary care physician without my permission. This company has no morals, and no ethical standing . they commit Medicare fraud, lie to their patients, which for me, has delayed any possible diagnosis or treatments that could help improve my vision following cataract surgery and a lens exchange For over 6 months. Greg Vallino had Dr Lynott dismiss me as a patient the day after I found out about these document. It has been almost 6 months. I had to go to another specialist who explained all of their testing results, what my diagnosis was, and what they recommended would help improve the vision in my right eye. No individual, especially patients, deserve to be treated in such an unethical manner. There doors closed and their license revoked. ***** I am doing and will continue to do everything I can to bring justice . I would never recommend for anyone to see any of their doctors because the owners are so corrupt that would be Greg Vallino and his brother Marc Vallino. I Hope this will help other patients to seek ophthalmology care at a different practice .
