The patient mostly senior citizens and we don't move as fast as the 30 year olds nor do we like to be pushed along. Waiting for the doctors is like sitting in a cattle chute. A one hour wait id not unusual. It's almost offensive sometimes that they want to move you along as if you're not a person. In my opinion, some of the staff are like trained robots . Dr. Cohn did my cataract surgery and treats me for glaucoma. I am pleased with him, but always gives you a sense of time is running out . The faster they move the more money they were make. I will stay with Kremer because II like Dr. Cohn. The procedure and the staff during my cataract surgery was extremely friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable there.

Be aware, if you usually do not have a co-pay when going to a doctor and Kremer asks you for one, don't pay it. I arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment and I left the office at 10:20 after skipping my dilation. I have a rare eye issue and skipping a yearly dilation is not safe, but I worried if I did it that I would be there for three hours instead of two. Dr. Nolan went as fast as she could and apologized, but then when I went to the front desk to pick up my prescriptions I had to wait another 15 minutes on top of the over 1.5 hours I had already spent in that building. I was going to be late for a meeting for work, so I went in the back and begged them to just hand me my scripts and send me a bill and they debated with me that I still needed to wait until the doctor came out and handed me the paperwork herself. The front desk is exceedingly rude, and for the record, I had an incomplete yearly eye exam that took two hours start to finish and only because I made a scene. They should seriously be embarrassed of what they have done to this practice.

We reviewed photos from age 25 to my sixties, and developed a surgical plan to achieve the most natural look. A few months later, Dr. Wulc performed a cheek lift and lid blepharoplasty. After a couple of weeks, there was no outward sign of surgery. The drooping lids and "bags" were gone. A year later he performed a facelift, which cleaned up my sagging jowls, jawline and neck. I am thrilled with the outcome of both surgeries. The incisions are invisible. I just look younger. My experience could not have been better. The meticulous care throughout, genuine concern, and availability to address questions made the process easy, and comfortable. Debbie even called me on Christmas to make certain all was going well. They succeeded in giving me what I was looking for. I recommend Dr. Wulc and staff without reservation.

Time went by and I went back to LASIK plus and they checked my eyes and vision. They were unable to perform lasik because of my cornea was too thin. So they performed PRK on me. Thinking this would work out for the long haul, I dealt with the horrific pain. A few years later, here I am and cannot see shit again. Wasted so much time and money. I've gone to my eye doctor and tried to get fitted for contacts. I was unable to due to my cornea being now flat from the two surgeries. I was never warned on this being a possibility. My eye doctor attempted to have me fitted for hybrid lenses (both hard and soft) still cannot wear them. It's impractical for me to wear glasses because of my job. So I guess I'll just keep driving blind. I'd think twice before getting lasik or prk

(ohhh did I) so pulled out my 3 sheets of paper filled out back to front with questions and went at it. the doctors where so patient they spent a good half hour (if not more) answering all of my questions and making sure i understood. the day of the surgery went like a breeze i had a few more tests just to make sure everything was good to go. i then proceeded downstairs where the procedure was going to take place. i had a few people in front of me. i was not worried at all. they put on a DVD on anice big flat screen, i sat back in very comfortable seat with a nice hot coffee waiting for my turn. i then had two people in front of me, so one of the lovely ladies took me in the back waiting room where she put me in a gown and put little booties on my shoes. i then laid back in a recliner and waited. (one of the nicest waiting rooms i have been in) as the time came closer i don't know what hit me, but i was almost trembling because i was soooo nervous. there was a few people in the waiting room along with a few nurses. In the 30 min it took to take me back i felt so comfortable talking with everyone. The one nurse Margaret was the BEST! We talked and talked and as the other two people went in came out laughing how easy and painless it was. Then it was my turn. so honestly, i was still very nervous i think i was literally trembling in the chair, but Dr. Aronsky walked me through the whole process. it was so nice to know exactly what was going to happen next. they constantly asked me if i was okay and if i needed anything. before i knew it the procedure was over literally 40 seconds on each eye. that is not an exaggerated time. it was over before i knew it. i am now on day 3 and still a little blurry but I CAN SEE!! the blurriness is slowly getting better by the hour. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND KREMER LASER EYE CENTER IN KING OF PRUSSIA. (ESPECIALLY DR. ARONSKY ) I AM SURE THE OTHER DOCTORS ARE JUST AS GOOD!! THANK YOU KREMER I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOU!! CLEANTHES
