They don't accept any partial payments. I was moved in by a girl who disappeared right after she moved me and my children in, I didn't have a way to pay my rent and no one was in the office. I emailed about three people and didn't hear back until the end of the next month. They sent me to court and made me pay over $5800. They don't have anyone in the office to assist ever!!!! I've watched neighbors with children be put out. I've watched elderly neighbors be put out. I've even seen ppl break their lease just to get away from this place!!! They are the reasons why I was put behind on my rent and no one gave a shit!! They just put me and my children out and I just moved in here!!! It's TOTALLY A SCAM!!!! DONT DO IT!!! Also to pay your rent will cost you an extra $68 fee on the portal! This is by far the most unprofessional, no heart or concern having place I've ever encountered. Requirements such as GL' and insurance were raised only after the work was performed, despite never being requested upfront or included as a condition prior to starting. which we do have but still no pay. I also have a signed written commitment for payment from ownership, which has not been honored. Communication shifted once payment was due, and responsibility was redirected instead of resolved. I strongly recommend that any contractors not work or do anything because they don't pay. The owe their employees as well as I'm in communication with some of them as well as owe all of their subs that I'm in communication with. Your home will not be completed!
