Within a couple of days I realized it was not short enough I called her and the following week went back and she trimmed it alittle more. She didn't charge me (which I didn't expect her to) so I was pleased. Next visit was for highlights. Realizing when I got home and really looked at my hair the highlights were faint and I had way to much gray showing in my roots and temples. My family coworkers and friends were very surprised I paid what I did for the highlights I got. Comments like; she could have done a better job to cover your roots; you paid how much for that ?; you need to go back and have her fix it. I stopped by the following Sat to pick up a product she was giving me for my daughter. I told her I thought I had to much gray showing and was not pleased with the outcome. She said (in front of other customers) "Not a problem Must have had a miscommunication I can fix it" I was really happy with her. Even told my husband i found a good hairdresser in Creedmoor. Even if it wasn't done right the first time she was going to make it right. That's a sign of good customer service She said she would call during the week to set up an appointment. Never heard from her. Called her the following Friday and left a message she called me back that evening. At the time she said she would fix it but it would cost me and additional $40.00. She also informed she would not be "bullied" into fixing my hair and I was rude for "barging" in on her when she had customers. Quite the different person now then she was in front of other customers.Tried to explain to her my side of the situation but she kept ranting on and on. Finally getting nowhere I told her that I was going to do a review of her business and she would not be happy with it and told her to have a nice evening and hung up. She called back and said if I put anything out there she would sue me for slander. I have never had an experience like this with a hairdresser before. I trusted her to do a good job and the first time it wasn't right I trusted her word she would fix it. My mistake to trust. This was a very disappointing and costly experience.

At scheduling time, the receptionist was very nice and worked with me to find a time that fits schedules well. I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for.
