Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. I booked, she confirmed and I prayed got good results. The outside is pretty non-descript but the inside is so cute and a total vibe. She let me show her some pics to give her an idea and wow she went above and beyond all expectations! She didn't try to talk me into or out of anything or upsell, and the conversation flowed easily. I had long hair and was going for an inverted bob and I have never had a more beautiful, precise cut done.
