    I have been getting my hair done by Ana for a few years now and she never ceases to amaze me! Often, I have a hard time coming in to get my hair done just because I am so busy so I wait a while in between touch ups and even my outgrowth looks amazing and like I planned it. This past weekend I came in for my pre summer full head touch up and asked if there was anyway I could be super blonde and WOW did she deliver!! If you're looking to get blonde the right way with minimal damage and minimum results, Ana is your lady!!!     I sent the owner a message and still haven't head back so I am leaving this for the public to be aware of SHEA. I had a very bad experience with Shea on thursday. 1/25/2018 I have went to her in the past and she did my hair fine. I wanted to take my daughter to her and have her try her out. From the beginning we told her we wanted to have her hair lightened. I told her over and over she does not want or like highlights, we go in at 345 and wait for her to be done with someone else dying her hair. so when we go over we show her a picture of how my daughter wants her hair to end up looking. She suggest highlights again. we tell her no because she doesn't want the strip look. We show her what we don't want and she said oh no it won't look like that I will do highlights close together. I tell her whatever it takes to get her hair lighter fine and as long as it doesn't look like highlights, she said it won't. We talked to her about what was put in m daughter hair several months ago and that the dye on top was not permanent and done few months ago explained what kind was used and all. SO i leave my daughter there and come back about a half hour later and Shea starts to say how my daughter has so much hair and that she needs to be done by 6pm to go home to her son. Its 440 at this time and only part of her hair was done. I didn't say anything and then she said she discussed with my daughter that she won't blow dry it and they were going to braid it instead. we are there doing her hair and shea says she has already used 4 scoops of bleach on my daughters hair and she is giving us a good deal. I never asked for a deal. So we finish up and she is rushing to rinse out and puts I believe a root lifter on her and my daughter tells her it is burning, Shay said can you take it for a few minutes? so she did. She braids my daughters hair and we leave well the next day in the AM her hair is Stuck to the rubber band she put in with her braid and my daughters hair is breaking of, major spots major strips in the front(as we had said from the beginning we didn't want and promised it wouldn't turn out that way) I message her to telling her and she tells me that she thought it would blend better and its more of a color correction and way more work than what she expected and she will work on the top of her hair because her hair was fried. It was not fried when she went in there. Then tells me she shouldn't have even touched her hair with all the stuff shes done to it. and anywhere else would have charged $300. And that by the time she is done with her hair it will end up costing her money to do her hair. I told her she has a wedding she is in on Sat and she tells me she will have to wear her hair up. After I told her I would of paid 300 for it to be done right and it wasn't breaking prior to her getting her hair done, she then said it had a lot of blotchy spots in it and 5 different colors. If this was the case why didn't she tell us this and tell us she can't do it and it would fry her hair and leave spots. then told me she can't go from brown to platinum in one day/ Which we were aware of, and never asked for that its a process and all she wanted o do was get it started and get to where she was. Then she tells me even if we paid 300 we wouldn't have gotten what we wanted. This is what happened. She was in a rush to get to her son. if she didn't feel comfortable doing it why didn't she tell us? why didn't she say any of that the blotchy spot are where she put bleach and obviously missed those spots. I have all the text leading up to this. she offered a deep conditioner for free. and said she does highlights all day long and it because the product in her hair and the reason the roots didn't lift is because there was color on them. I am not the stylist I am the client I trusted her and we told her what was put on her hair prior to doing it. After i told her to just refund the money she said no and that we need to deep condition the hair and be patient I told her she damaged it and shouldn't be doing hair. she tells me it didn't happen due to highlights it happened because I think I am a hair dresser and I destroyed it. then she tells me to take her to court and see who wins. and then told me to go back to hemet and stop harassing her or she is calling the cops. This really set me off now. Instead of taking responsibility of what she messed up on and blaming us she is the one who was rushed to pick up her son. I would really like to show you my daughters hair and these text.. This is not professional. I went to her in this salon and didn't get good service or anything close to what we wanted. Her blaming us when she is the professional, is unreal.

    If you didn't know this salon has a massage therapist who also does facials then now you do!! If you can imagine heaven, this is the place you need to have your facials done. I met Danielle while she was doing facials at a school and I'm super happy that she now has her own spot. I had the anti aging microdermabrasion and my skin looks amazing. It's super relaxing, I literally fell asleep. Love, love, love her!!!

    Great salon.  From color to cuts.  Friendly people, always clean and bright.

Sheree encouraged me to try on several styles and gave me honest feed back on what looked good on me or about the wig construction itself. In the end, Sheree was able to choose an excellent wig and color match to my bio hair, which means she was listening to me, and that my satisfaction with the overall experience was more than just a sale, it was about establishing relationships. He then repeatedly stated that I was "the definition of anorexic." I explained that I have always been naturally thin, but instead of listening, he continued making assumptions about me personally and said the deeper issue was that I was unhappy with myself. I fully understand that a surgeon can decline elective surgery for medical or safety reasons. That was never the issue for me. The issue was the delivery, the judgmental tone, and the lack of professionalism and compassion throughout the interaction. At one point he even rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain myself. No patient should leave a consultation feeling humiliated or psychologically analyzed instead of medically evaluated. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of the bedside manner they may encounter here.

She then proceeded to pull a large postcard sized 10% off card out of the trash can behind the register. I explained that wasn't the coupon I gave her, mine was the size of a business card and said 20%. Her and the manager proceeded to tell me that Lush doesn't have 20% off coupons. I explained I had been holding onto this coupon since December and had read it yet again before I left for their store to make certain it hadn't expired and to figure out how much I could buy with what I'd be saving. I don't buy from this store for myself, only as gifts for special occasions and this was a treat for myself as Lush products are expensive. I called the customer service line and they too stated Lush does not have 20% discount coupons. Now I feel like I have to figure out what's going on since I distinctly remember reading that this card and it said "20% off stock up!" Feeling gaslit, I reach out to a customer support supervisor who also says there is no such thing as a 20% off coupon for Lush products. I know what I had, I know what I read. I'm wondering if there are any customers of Lush who've had the same experience or that can confirm they have received and used a 20% discount card that was packed inside their Christmas gift box? I wish I could have zero stars as a choice, as I believe this company is doing a bait and switch tactic with their coupons.

Recently, she tried to use it--only to find out the balance was $0. There were no purchases made on it, which leads me to believe the card was never activated properly at the time of purchase. I've tried multiple times to contact the store directly, but the phone system just loops back to the main menu with no way to speak to an actual person. I also reached out to Sephora customer service, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to go back to the store (which is not close to me) or dispute the charge with my bank because this is apparently a "common" issue. That response alone is unacceptable. If this is a known problem, why isn't there a better process in place to support customers? This was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and no real resolution, this has completely changed how I view Sephora. I hope this review helps others double-check their gift cards before leaving the store--and I sincerely hope Sephora improves how they handle situations like this.
