On the day before my appointment, I had just returned from a business trip and realized that my appointment was a day away. I called and explained to the stylist, but they charged me for the appointment in FULL and put through several charges so that when I looked at my credit card statement there were five attempts. I had only been there once before so I would hope that a business trying to establish itself would make an attempt to accommodate its customers. Of course, the person I spoke with was a stylist not management which is Unfortunate for the owners who will definitely suffer as a result of this type of poor customer service. For the owner: Words to the wise: your customers pay your bills and support your business. Treat them with the same treatment you would want as a customer and you will be a success but if not your business will become your failure.

The hair stylist completely ignored me. She didn't even glance at the pictures I was trying to show her. She said I was "clearly the type of client who didn't maintain my hair." She talked over me when I tried to explain what I wanted and said she would do something similar that was easier to style on a daily basis. She asked how I felt about the length and I said I wanted to keep it below my shoulders. She cut more than six inches off and gave me a "karen cut" telling me "hopefully you can maintain this." I feel so embarrassed, judged, and frustrated that it's going to take at least a year to get it back to the length I want.
