Yes, it was one of those rare days where the moon and stars aligned, leading me to "Shea" . . a new, up and coming stylist ‍ with Glitter Hair Salon. This Salon quickly surrounds you with positive vibes along with a warm & inviting energy. Shea provides a complimentary informative consultation instilled with her strong sense of work ethic, motivation and determination, proving she is most definitely up to the task. (*BTW . . Not many beautiful young ladies these days would sacrifice an opportunity to attend a Tim McGraw concert with friends at Jiffy Lube Live just so they can work!) Shea however decided to roll up her sleeves and reward me with not only the perfect color heavy blonde highlights I prayed for, but also with a fresh hope proving God continues to place shiny new pennies amongst us, we just must remember to have faith and stop long enough to look around for the signs!

It went down hill from there. She cut my already long nails too short. She did not have me wash my hands after the cuticle cream, so the polish is chipping after 2 days. Of course I won't mention how dirty the floor was. I wondered (more than once) if I were looking at kitty litter? The chairs were also gross or let's say dingy. White chairs were blackish/worn out.. My pedicure....the water was lukewarm and truthfully almost cool. I kept wanting it to end. The massage was painful or awkward? Between the toes is not soothing, it's odd. The color was nice . When I went to pay, she said they cannot take anything but cash tips or Zelle. She rang me up, I paid and she stood there staring at me. I don't have cash Ma'am! She ended up ringing up the tip separate. Wait she said she couldn't.... My friend had a manicure with gel nails. It looked pretty bad. I did rate it 5.5 out of 10. It wasn't a 6 due to the hair that was clearly in the gel of one nail. Part of the nails weren't even covered with gel. The worst part...yea even worse than the hair, she went to pay with a gift card purchased for her in THEIR website and they said they don't take those! Well they certainly took the payment online! Beware when paying and/or tipping. Just WOW! See pic for hair in gel. (My friends nail)
