Maybe if I was bolder, I wouldve inquired. They sell a number of sugar scrubs and other products that you can use after your sugaring/waxing appointment at home. At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.

Renee was a fantastic waxer - friendly, with excellent attention to detail, and actually listened to what I wanted. I had my eyebrows completely ruined about 8 months ago, so I hadn't let anyone touch them - but Renee did a beautiful job on them, and gave me tips on ways to achieve certain looks with my eyebrows using makeup. The only thing I would change? There is no 'Cristallo Blu' sign on the actual building, so was a little confused on where exactly they were in the small complex they are in.

My boyfriend and I loved the family-owned feel of the place. Rita's husband was working the front desk as locals wandered in to congratulate Rita on her new place.
