This was the absolute best hair experience I have ever had. I've always been a bit nervous about…read moregoing to a salon. After all - your putting your future style in someone else's hands. Literally. However I booked the appointment hoping for the best. And I was not disappointed in the slightest. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly face - the same person who was cutting my hair. I came on for a cut, however you will see in the attached photo my hair was kind of... terrible. I called it seaweed. I had a terrible orange band of colour (from a box dye kit I used a while back.. pro tip. Dont do that lol) the roots were blue and the ends were green. In other words. A mess. Not even a hot one. Anyway. I digress. I had problem hair. So number one was to freshen my cut. Make it even, layer it, give it a side shave and keep the length. My stylist Natalia Titoud did an AMAZING job. Like I said however, I had initially come in for only a cut. While she was washing my hair I asked about colour - to make a long story shorter she said she could most certainly do that too. She also had time which was fantastic. Not only was she able to fix my awful hair - she gave me confidence. She also worked under my time constraint (as I had work that day) in a very professional manner. I will most definitely be going back. I have never been more satisfied with a salon experience in my life. My stylist was amazing. And even more so, the other staff were fantastic too! Helping each other out without hesitation when required. Friendly and relaxing environment. Yep. It's safe to say I would reccomend this salon to anyone. I waited a while to review this place as I wanted to see how my colour got along. It's been about two weeks and I have never had so many compliments on my hair. Ever. Also, the colour is still vibrant and as beautiful as the day it was done. I am. Very impressed. Many thanks again to my stylist Natalia Titoud and the La Vita salon and spa staff! An incredible experience that left me feeling beautiful and confident. Thank you! The photos were taken and the hair was styled/cut by Natalia Titoud.

I took a chance going here for the first time because my beloved hairdresser left her salon and I…read morehad no forwarding information. I got blonde highlights and a cut with Zhala. I could tell instantaneously she was a hair expert in the way she handled my thin fine hair. She was so gentle, and gave me beautiful icy highlights. She also cut my hair into exactly what I asked for. Despite having thin hair most hairdressers talk me out of layers but I wanted them and she didn't try to talk me out of it and just gave me an expert haircut that was exactly what I asked for. So impressed and happy to have found my New go to hairdresser!

Well. .. I should have known better. But I purchased a voucher too long ago to get it refunded. So…read morehere I am, arriving 10 minute before my appointment. The receptionist says she tried calling me but my number was input to the computer incorrectly. I ask if everything is okay. She said yes but she was just trying to find out if i was really coming. WTF?!! Then she called the doctor (Indera) to say I was here and said to have a seat and that she'd be here in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later I ask how far she's coming from. The answer is Brampton. Are you effing kidding?!?! My time is so unimportant that the doctor doesn't even make her way to the office until after the client shows??? This is BULLSHIT!!!! About 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment the doctor arrives and within minutes the receptionist brought me back to the room. The clinic itself is very nice looking and spacious. The treatment room is clean and nice enough. I sat down and Indira asked me what I was there for. (I had already booked the appointment for the service, confirmed the service, and given her my voucher with the service printed on it.) I told her. She looked at me and told me I had pigmentation. Yes, ok, I do. The consultation (which I was unaware I had booked for) lasted about two minutes then the sales pitch/push began. Basically I was told that the two sessions I'd purchased through the voucher were not enough and she wouldn't normally accept a client that just wanted 1 or 2 sessions and that I would need to buy some products... at the least a cream for $140.00 or the treatment would not really work. I said I just wanted the treatment and wasn't purchasing anything else at the time. Then she asked me if my voucher was valid and began looking through a list, telling me that many voucher clients cancel their vouchers then show up to use them after they get refunded. I assured her I did not do that and that my voucher was in fact valid. Then she asked me when I wanted to start treatments. Ummmm... now. She said this was just a consultation but that we could do it but she did not seem thrilled. So she did the treatment - but not before again attempting to sell me product once I was on the table. I got the feeling that the treatment was half-assed since I didn't dish out more moola for what she was peddling. I could be wrong but that's how it seemed. The treatment was quite short of the 30-minutes specified on the voucher. But whatev. Then after she had me wipe my face off with a paper towel, I went up front to pay the taxes due and book the next treatment. The scheduling was difficult but in the end I made an appointment. Then drove home. When I got home I saw 2 missed calls and had a voice mail. I listened and it was Indera telling me that she saw in her records that my voucher had been cancelled a long time ago and she was calling the voucher company. WTF?!?! I can't even begin to express how disgusted I am. The service this woman offers is appalling enough.... but now she's calling me and accusing me of fraud?!?! She has no idea who I am. I'm done. I have things to do today but instead, contacting the voucher company became top priority and writing this review took second. The woman I spoke with at the voucher company was great - understanding and willing to deal with my drama. I requested that even though the voucher had not been previously cancelled, I absolutely do not want to go back to this business. She said she would deal with it. Great. Here is a tip for Indera and all other business owners... When you offer a "deal" to attract new customers, make it a complete deal. Don't tell people that the voucher purchase isn't enough off the bat. Combine what you need to combine to feel good about the service and set a price you think is fair then WOW your new customers so that they WANT to give you more business! Behaviour like I've experienced at both of the Laser Cosmetic Clinic locations is such that it turns me away. And if people reading this review are wise, they won't even waste their time or money giving LCC a try.

Made a consultation appointment for a Saturday morning. Arrived on time and sat in the waiting area…read morefor 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, I figured OK, maybe the previous appointment slot was taking extra time - not a peep from the receptionist, she didn't bother to inform us as to why things are running late. At 25 minutes past some lady walked into the clinic, said a muffled "Good Morning" and proceeded to the back of the facility. That's when everything fell into place and I realized the lady in question was the owner herself. At that point I said screw it, told the receptionist I'm not interested in waiting any longer and left. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I can understand running late due to unforseen circumstances and whatnot, but not offering any sort of apologies, explanation or whatever does not sit well with me. Going to spend my money elsewhere instead.
