I am very picky about my hair and Jim has always been very patient and listened to what I want done. He is great with not only color but with the cut. It lasts until the next time you need to go in for color. I highly recommend This And That Hair Creations!!!

They will try to accommodate your requests to the best of their ability as well as keeping the integrity of your hair's health. I absolutely love this salon…read more Let's preface this review by stating that I live in Virginia. I don't even live in this state anymore but anytime I am in town I stop here and have Linda cut my hair. That's how much I love this shop. I first started coming here after my mother started using Linda as her hair dresser. She has very thin fine hair and was not happy with the stylists she has used before. When this shop opened, she found Linda and hasn't been anywhere else since. My hair is the complete opposite. I have thick, very long hair, and I have a TON of it. It's wild and unruly and always looks like a hot mess. Linda somehow manages to make my hair look amazing every time I come. This is a full service place so you can get a bunch of other stuff done here as well. Color, nails, wax; it's really a one stop shop. I came in today because we are about to take a cruise and I wanted to look my best. I cut about 10 inches off my hair and was very nervous. Linda make it look great as usual. She listened to what I had to say and gave me honest input. The price is reasonable and well worth it.

I went into another salon and asked them for a conditioning treatment to help with my broken hair as well as I asked for an 8G toner to be put in. 8G is the color I have had previously at West Coast hair and had told Kayla I was happy with (read previous review). The toner was left in my hair for 20 minutes at the new salon (NOT due to me requesting any specific time frame for them to leave on, thats the time they naturally did!) and the conditioning treatment helped make the damaged hair less noticeable. Not only did Kayla make me take time off from work to go in and then do nothing the help correct the damage Kayla had caused, I was humiliated and berated being told that they could not help me when it is now 100% certain that Kayla did not leave it on as long as she had previously, and her overlapping the bleach caused the breakage. Avoid the embarrassment of being told it is your fault for not being able to put into words how to fix their stylists error of breaking my hair, and not leaving the toner in and making me feel it was my fault. Shame on the owner for the way she handled it, and shame on Kayla for not owning up and re toning and conditioning to fix her error.

Stylist put my level 9-10 ends in BLEACH BATH, completely ruined my hair. THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! Expected me to pay $500! The salon owner, Heather, is also a POS. I'm sure these stylists do a good job on other clients, but the way they handled my situation was god awful. For the record: I have only used heat on my hair maybe 10 times within the last 3 years. It had been a year since I last bleached my hair. I had INCREDIBLY healthy hair. No keratin treatments, no nothing. My hair was in perfect condition to be bleached. So 2 months ago, I came here after seeing all the positive reviews about the place. I am extremely picky about who I let bleach my hair as I have a unique hair type and try my best to keep it as healthy as possible. But after a year of letting it grow out, I decided to come to Bleach Please salon. Consultation went great and my stylist was Delianne. I told her I wanted to go as blonde as possible and she told me she could do it. I attached screenshots of the rest of my review as it's too long. Oh and btw, if the salon responds to this saying my review is different than my experience, that's a load of BS. I was balling my eyes out and the only thing I said I was happy with was the color. Give me half of my hair back and you'll get a good review.

I have been searching for a salon and stylist that truly cares about the health of your hair and who knows how to cut hair properly. Most salons CANNOT cut hair professionally even though they charge you for said "professional cut." Angela will give you an outstanding cut. I firmly believe that my hair grew faster and healthier because of it. My hair was so damaged, tangled and breaking off from hormones and stress. Angela was so sweet and extremely informative about hair health and products. She has a pleasant and gentle energy that transfers to how she handles the service that you're getting. She is honest and gives you all the information regarding your hair as well as how to take care of it "after" the appointment. Every single time I go to Angela my hair looks and feels so healthy, shiny and gorgeous. My scalp feels clean and my my hair has so much body. My style lasts for 7 to 10 days guaranteed when I use a silk bonnet and minimal product. Angela is the best!! She is a hair SAFE salon! :) I don't have a photo but I will update my review on my next visit!
