Whether it's a haircut, blowout, styling, or highlights, she always makes it turn out exactly how I want (honestly even better). She just gets what looks good on me. My haircuts always have the prettiest layers and she styles it so effortlessly. She's done my hair for a couple school dances and every time it looked just like the inspo pics but somehow even better. Not to mention the styles last all night! And her highlights are actually unreal. She knows exactly how to place them and the color always comes out so pretty and natural. I get compliments every single time, and my hair still feels super healthy and strong after. She's also the sweetest person ever. So easy to talk to and makes you feel really comfortable the whole time. She genuinely makes me feel so pretty every time I leave her chair. I love her and couldn't recommend her more

Every time she's detailed, attentive, and really listens to what I want. On top of that, she has such a warm and fun personality. Since Nubia started cutting my hair, my hair has continued to grow healthier than before. I've got a few pictures from different visits from haircuts and style to my latest cut and every time I leave happy. Definitely recommend her if you're lookin for a change, a cut or anything in between. It's nice to see how the different lightings give the hair its unique color.

I booked a haircut appointment for my daughter before school starts. We'd never been to a curly…read morehair salon before, so neither of us came in with a very specific expectation for the cut. I knew some length needed to come off because the bottom layer had become stretched out from the weight and length of her hair and no longer matched the rest of her curl pattern. I tried my best to have her hair completely dry before the appointment. It was still damp, mostly at the roots, but I'd estimate about 90% of her hair was dry. The stylist explained that because of the water weight, she wouldn't be able to do a full curly cut and could only trim her hair. I asked to rebook, but this was unfortunately my only available day to get her hair done before school started, so rescheduling wasn't really practical. A manager stepped in and looked at her hair to see what could be done that day, which I genuinely appreciated. We ultimately agreed to take about three inches off the longer bottom layer so it better matched the rest of her hair. The actual haircut took about 15 minutes, and the total was $75. This is where I was disappointed. I understand that I wasn't able to receive the full service because her hair wasn't completely dry, but $75 for a 15-minute trim with no layering or shaping felt very disproportionate to the service we received. I appreciate the manager trying to find a solution rather than simply turning us away, but ultimately I wish I had declined and taken her somewhere else. I now still need to have her hair properly shaped, so unfortunately I'll be paying for another haircut after school starts.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. You overbooked appointments with my daughter, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and any effort to make things right. You've built what could be a great business, but situations like this reflect poor management. I hope moving forward you focus less on overbooking and more on providing the quality service your clients expect.

Kathy listened to exactly what I wanted and told me I needed about 2 inches cut off, which I think was completely reasonable, especially after seeing the state of my ends. She did give me a price when I called, but unfortunately I forgot to mention that I have VERY VERY...VERY thick and full hair. So the price went up a little, but honestly, it was still reasonable, and that was totally my fault for not mentioning it beforehand. My hair literally ended up breaking one of her combs because of how thick it is . She was so surprised and just laughed about it, which honestly made me feel really comfortable. She also gave me a few suggestions for the future and was just really cool and fun to talk to. Good vibes all around. I'm happy with how it turned out and would and am definitely coming back! Both Kim and Trish did my nails, and they are both very cool people! We got to know each other and talked about so many different things, so honestly it was fun just hanging out with them. Lol Kim gave me a rundown of what she suggested for my nails, and I'm really happy I listened to her because she knew what she was talking about. She was also very attentive throughout the whole process. You know how sometimes you go to different salons and you feel like you can't really say anything because the energy is just off, everything feels rushed, and you're scared to speak up if you don't like something?...I felt the complete opposite here. Kim made me feel comfortable enough to say, "You know what, I don't really like that," without worrying that she was going to give me an attitude or somehow tell me that my finger was the problem. LMAO That honestly made a huge difference for me. I felt listened to, comfortable, and like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with my nails. Both Kim and Trish were great, and I really enjoyed my time with them! My only "complaint" would have been that when I started looking for colors the variety was limited at that point in time. But I love what I have.
