Which is why I am here: to yell my praises from digital mountain tops! I was (very generously) gifted an early Christmas present from my mom of a full day/organizing session with M2O... AND IT WAS THE BEST GIFT I EVER RECEIVED! It is truly the gift that keeps on giving. **Hint hint, people- Christmas is less than 3 weeks away, if you are struggling for ideas. ;-) Schae and Britney were spectacular! They rolled into my place like two boss ladies ready to get down to business (but not in a scary way lol)! They put on a fun playlist and took charge, which is what I like and needed. They let me help (obviously not required, but desired on my part to learn) and taught me helpful tips and tricks along the way to maintain the organization. Best of all, they knew how to prioritize my projects in the order that made most sense, and maximized efficiency and my time with them. Not a minute wasted and no stone (aka leftover crap I didn't need anymore) left unturned! AND, like, how helpful and convenient it is that they haul away as many donations for you as they can when they leave?! At the end of the day (literally), I had the best nights sleep that I'd had in years, knowing that there was (finally!) a place for everything and everything in its place. Not only did M2O grant me peace of mind, they motivated me to keep going and see what I can accomplish on my own with what I learned from them. And the productivity levels on all the DIY projects I've set aside over the years are through the roof! My home is, now, finally the way I want and need it to be- it is first and foremost, my sanctuary. Thanks to M2O! But don't worry, I would never claim to be a 'Master Organizer' like them though- there are still some projects that seem just too overwhelming to undertake myself...like where do I even start?! SO, I've already booked my next session with them. Can't wait for Round 2!

There was no way we could have unpacked and organized our kitchen and bathrooms over the next few weeks, which is what their team excelled to do in less than a day. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. It's our first time using this kind of service and Mackenzie, Chloe, Brittany, Mary and Melanie have officially spoiled us for all moves to come. Our home brings us so much joy now.

She came in a helped with making decisions on preparing the house for sale, suggesting a general theme, paint colors etc.. One the prep work was complete she returned with her team to stage the house with furniture and other decorative objects. Once they were done the house looked like the reveal on a TV show. The house went up for sale and sold very quickly and they came back and removed everything in a few hours. The whole process was very smooth and we were very happy with the results.

Gayle Todd, President, is originally from the County of Kent, England and moved to Chicago at the age of 25 to further her career in finance. After meeting her husband and having two amazing children she decided it was time to move on from her career in the corporate world to spend time at home watching and helping her kids grow. Gayle has always loved design and beautiful homes. She watched her family renovate and remodel houses and has now had the pleasure of fully renovating several of her own. Matthew Todd, Gayle's husband grew up in Franklin County, Ohio and became a Realtor in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Gayle started to assist Matt in preparing his clients homes for sale, getting the homes organized and show ready. After seeing the amazing results clients would refer Gayle to other Realtors and friends and so the business Franklin & Kent Designs was created.

It was essential to have furniture in these rooms so people could imagine how they would live. Additionally, we went $25,000 over market price (we were asking $375,000 when other homes were selling for $350,000) because we felt the CV-19 market conditions and low interest rates were favorable. Having a fully staged home helped us get our price! I'm certain that without the staging, we would not be sold at our price. First, our designer met us in the home while we were still remodeling it. She took notes and pictures and could imagine how it would look, even though we were only 50% finished. A week later when we were finished, a truck arrived with several people to "move in". The entire crew was professional and used health safety precautions. They were finished in 6 hours -- imagine if YOU tried to do that on your own!! Everything was sparkling and clean, shiny and perfect. Everyone says WOW when they walk in. They were great to work with and I will use them again if I have to sell another home. https://www.mrmhomedesign.com/1927-westchester

They were not only very fast and affordable, but most importantly the quality of their work was much higher than any other company I had spoken with before. So given that I couldn't sell my house within the past 2 months, as soon as I got it all pretty and staged with beautiful furniture, I was able to sell my house within 10 days and even higher than the price that I originally imagined I could sell. I highly recommend them!
