Anyway, I found several dresses that I loved, but narrowed them down to a couple of possibilities when I decided to try the dresses on. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the perfect dress for the party, It was also one that I felt I could wear throughout the summer. The next day, I came back because the earrings were clearly faulty (they wouldn't unlatch nor could I get them off the label). I was then told there's a no returns on earrings policy -- something that was never mentioned and not posted anywhere in the store. I left the earrings with the shop in hopes the owner would review them and see the issue firsthand. Over the next 3-4 weeks, I called weekly, left voicemails, and spoke with multiple staff members -- no one ever got back to me. I called again last week and was told the owner would reach out. It's now been 5 more days, and still nothing. I've been patient and respectful throughout, but this level of disregard is unacceptable. The store has both my money and the faulty earrings -- and I've received no explanation, no resolution, and no follow-up. I truly feel I've been taken advantage of.
