They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.

If I could wave a magic wand I'd get rid of Walgreens. If you need to speak to someone, well tough luck because they will put you on a 50 minute hold while kicking you out of their system multiple times and having to call back and now hearing you are the second caller in line. It takes them so long to get prescriptions ready too. Need your Drs office to send a medication here? Too bad. If I leave a voicemail, they claim to never get it. They apparently don't know how to do anything manually like send a fax, and the once or twice they have actually gotten my voicemail in the 2 years I've been responsible for calling them in, they call back asking questions that were very clearly left in the voicemail (we record all info that we leave in voicemails in a log). Somehow Walmart is the best pharmacy I deal with, hands down. Hopefully the next wave of pharmacy bankrupting turns towards Walgreens next.

The outstanding staff they had disappeared quickly, one by one, and no one "knew " anything. New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run.
