    The pharmacist on night shift was rude and unprofessional. He suggested I transfer out of this pharmacy without a reason.

    I really don't like visiting this store for a number of reasons, but I was in the area and needed…read moretwo items so rather than going back to the one in Salem, NH again as I was there yesterday, I went to the Methuen branch. I needed white socks and tshirts. All of these items are locked up in cabinets....REALLY? In Salem, there are rows of these items where I can peruse w/o glass and don't require to contact personnel in order to make a purchase. This is VERY inconvenient and what is wrong with this store? Are people stealing tshirts, socks, underwear and more? I believe that their batteries are also this way too. Finding someone to open the case was not something I wanted to do, so I just drove across the street to TARGET where I could find what I wanted and I could make the purchase on my own - the selection was less, but I was more than happy NOT to have to seek out someone with a key to make a small purchase. (Apparently the clientele between these two stores is very different or perhaps it is just the way that Walmart handles it or treats their customers - I do find it insulting that the store has to lock up things or perhaps it is just sad... :-( ) In looking at he reviews, I see that someone else has commented on items locked up tight and the hassle she had to get to the item of interest: Bad customer service experience I asked for help three times and nobody could get somebody with a key for something small I wanted in the glass cases. They made an announcement to the store and there was still nobody until one woman noticed I was waiting and went across to the store to get a set. I guess this store has a lot of mistrust with people having keys that nobody has one ---- This just stresses the fact that I will continue to visit other Walmarts if that is the store I need for an item and avoid the Methuen store if at all possible. I recall someone telling me about 20 years ago that they refused to go to this store also.

Cashiers overcharge customers, and when you point out a mistake, instead of an apology you are sent elsewhere to deal with it. Supervisors behave rudely and dismissively, making customers feel unwelcome. It is very disappointing that such a good store has such poor and unprofessional service. I paid for 19 items but received only 18 and was forced to waste my time, nerves, and mood trying to figure out why I was overcharged, while facing rude and unacceptable treatment from the staff.The cashier voided Tetra Food and immediately scanned it again, leaving two units charged while only one was physically present. There is no logical reason for re-scanning the item after voiding it!!! When my money was refunded, already on my way out of the store, I approached the cashier again and showed the receipt as proof that a mistake had indeed been made. I calmly explained that this is not the correct way to work, especially considering that earlier she insisted everything was fine and that there was no mistake. After the supervisor heard our conversation, she rudely interrupted it, cutting me off, and in a raised tone began saying "have a good day" while pointing toward the entrance door. This is what top-level service and customer care look like! Unfortunately, in order to get their money back for an incorrect charge, customers have to experience the full "pleasure" of this kind of service. Only at the service center did a kind woman treat me with understanding. She re-counted the items with me from the beginning and processed them again in order to print a receipt confirming the mistake.It is very disappointing, because I genuinely like this store -- the products, the selection, and the prices. Don't bother going to the Plaistow NH store if you don't speak Spanish. The box says "guaranteed satisfaction or retun it for a full refund". The quality was lousy, and when I returned them the women challenged me, and actually counted the qty in the box in front of me! so much for :satisfaction guaranteed!

    I shop at this CVS location regularly, and honestly, 99 percent of the reason I choose this one…read moreover others is the front store staff. They are all amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful! They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.

The manager of the pharmacy is the worst of them too and rolls her eyes is disrespectful and doesnt care about anything. Ive seen her yell at elders while sitting around laughing and chatting with the other co-workers there and have waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that was supposed to already be ready and nobody was in line. this place should be shut down with how horrible it is.

I became eligible for the covid vaccine and she treated me with such unbelievable rudeness from the moment I arrived.I spent 4 days round the clock trying to get appointments for my husband and I. My husband had his at the CVS in Lowell and Meaghan at the pharmacy there was a total sweetheart. I arrived yesterday with my print out and was told "your name isn't on it', we have nothing here for you. Finally they figured out the date had changed to today. Jessica wouldn't have done a thing but became increasingly enraged when I insisted that I had an appointment. I asked what time I should come - it's an hour's drive for me. She said "I don't have a time for you". I asked "so what should I do?" She said come at 11:00. My husband asked for her phone number. We arrived today at 11:00. She yelled in front of everyone "I TOLD YOU TO CALL ME NOT TO COME AT 11:00!!!" Both my husband and I heard her say to come at 11:00. I said to my husband "I'm calling Meaghan at the Lowell CVS as she'd said she'd help if I had any problems." Jessica said "there is no reason for you to be angry at us!!!!!" I hadn't even said a word to her. I just kept quiet. I didn't say a thing. I allowed myself to be humiliated and treated like I was "nothing" in front of everyone. I had no choice. The CVS pharmacy on Bridge Street in Lowell where my husband went was a night and day experience from Lafayette Square. In Lowell, from the moment you arrived you were greeted by a very pleasant, efficient young woman who communicated with the pharmacist on an apple watch! They escorted us to the pharmacist, Meaghan, who was very efficient and very pleasant, she also verified my appointment in Haverhill and wrote it down again, the nurses who gave the shot were very jolly and nice. It was a painless, pleasant experience and you should commend and award each and everyone of your employees at the CVS , 280 Bridge Street in Lowell, MA. Even the check out fellow came round to help my husband at the self checkout when he was having problems and said "oh, don't worry, here you go, all set!". What a difference to that scruffy, messy, inefficient, rude, angry, ignorant bunch you have working at 150 Lafayette in Haverhill! Time to revamp that store Ms. Karen Lynch, CVS CEO!
