Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

Sacred Geometry Acupuncture differs from Traditional Chinese Medicine in that instead of treating specific symptoms, the acupuncture needles are arranged in specific geometric patterns on the body -each pattern with a different focus and intent- in order to activate energy centers, expand consciousness, and facilitate inner healing and evolution. In this way, it supports overall health, vitality, and one's personal creative abilities. As I continue to go deeper into my own healing and awakening process, receiving these treatments have been so supportive and expanding. Whatever I have been going through, I always leave feeling more peaceful and with the ability to perceive new possibilities and options that I didn't previously have access to. After each treatment, I feel I have a stronger connection to greater and deeper levels of my intuition and higher self. Regarding Kelly, in addition to being a skilled acupuncturist and bodyworker, I know very few practitioners who are as dedicated and passionate about always continuing their education in the healing arts. She is constantly learning and staying abreast of new modalities and techniques to maximize her patients' healing, wellbeing, and evolution. She is smart, deeply caring, energetically and spiritually attuned, and committed to both her own and her clients' continued growth and wellness on all levels. If you haven't worked with Kelly before, I highly recommend seeing her, and if you have, but haven't yet tried Sacred Geometry Acupuncture with her, sign up for your first session asap. The world needs more people thriving in true health and vibrating at their highest frequency. The power if this work with Kelly cannot be overstated in its ability to support and facilitate that in those who choose to pursue it. If you're interested not only in healing, but in evolving into the most vibrant, awakened, aligned, and coherent version of yourself, doing Sacred Geometry (Esoteric) acupuncture with Kelly Amstadt is one of the best investments you can make.

Our new favorite masseuse -- a great exordium for this new year of reviews!…read more My sweetheart and I both loved our massages from Aeriol. She's unbelievably sweet, warm, empathetic, interesting, and knowledgeable. The kind of person you'd want to be around even if she wasn't massaging. We're so glad we met her! What really sets Aeriol apart -- besides her sweetness and professionalism -- at least for us, is that we didn't have to worry about details. She asked us about our physical situations and then did her thing. I didn't know what techniques would be used, and quite frankly didn't care. It was very freeing not to care. As alpha workaholic Silicon Valley information junkies, it was relaxing to be able to trust someone's competence and not micro-manage. It's wonderfully fulfilling to not have to be "on" when the purpose is to release tension. At the same time, we knew that we could say something if we wanted to, without offending. Aeriol made us feel awesome and also gave us great tips for how to maintain said awesomeness. I've been doing the stretches she gave me and they've made a world of difference to my low back! Now that I know how a healthy back is supposed to feel, I'm more mindful of sitting properly, taking more breaks from my desk, and finally movin' on up to a newer, bigger, more appropriate bed. Aeriol has relevant experience regarding sharing beds with furry four-legged creatures so no explanation of its intramuscular challenges was necessary -- love that!! We were so pleased with our experience that we purchased a gift certificate for close friends whom we know could benefit from her healing hands. Aeriol's emotionally supportive nature makes her an ideal practitioner for when you simply feel like crap and want to feel great. Thank goodness for her! Bookmark this for your bucket list, folks
