Dianne was excellent in helping my daughter's sore legs with a sports massage. She was also very knowledgeable on sports injuries.

I worked with Dr. Dino and Dr. Haydon Stanley, and they are absolutely incredible chiropractors! Definitely consider coming to this establishment if you face any sort of injury or pain because the chiropractors here are professional, experienced, and definitely worth your time. A few years ago, I fractured and dislocated my elbow in a wrestling practice. I went to the ER and got put into a cast for a month. Once the cast came off, I was looking for somewhere I could get physical therapy, but many different places were backed up and I would have to wait almost a month before I could get any PT started. However, I was then recommended to go to Los Gatos Sports Chiro, and Dr. Haydon Stanley got to work on my elbow right away. I'm super thankful for his amazing treatment since he got my elbow into good shape so I could get back on the wrestling mat feeling my best! One year after I injured my elbow, I injured my knee in a wrestling tournament pretty badly, so I went back to Los Gatos Sports Chiro and began working with Dr. Dino. With my knee injury, I was a bit more confused on why it hurt than when I injured my elbow, but Dino was very caring since he listened to everything I told him about what happened, did some tests and gave me a good diagnosis on what my knee injury was. The exercises he gave me to recover were very helpful in making my knee feel better, and Dino could explain the purpose of each movement in depth when I asked him about them. He is very intelligent in his field of study! Also, when I was in the climax of my freshman wrestling season, I started experiencing really bad knee pain from running all the time, but had to continue running on the treadmill to make weight. Luckily, Dino went out of his way and found time to do recovery work on my knees to put them in good condition so that I could continue wrestling and running. There's no way I could've made weight and competed at the California wrestling state championships tournament without the help of Dino and the other chiropractors at Los Gatos Sports Chiro. Dino pretty much saved my freshman wrestling season and I can't thank him enough! Overall, Los Gatos Sports Chiro is incredible! I've been to other Physical Therapists and such, but they do not come close to how professional and competent the chiropractors at Los Gatos Sports Chiro are! Dr. Dino and Dr. Haydon Stanley have been a huge help in my athletic journey and wrestling career, and they can do the same for you!

Was recommended to see Dr. Dino by a good friend of mine and boy am I grateful! Upon first visit made me feel at ease, listened to my story and took action right away. Amazing care, attention to detail, and plan of action to leave each visit with homework to do. After 3 visits I feel like a different person...confidence back, shoulder feeling great, and back to lifting in the gym. Thank you Dr. Dino for being my life saver. If you have pain, discomfort, not sure where to turn...reach out to Dr.Dino!

This review is about my most recent experience with him and his colleague, Dr. Eliot Foad. I am a rock climber and injured my left shoulder in December 2024. I saw him shortly after and recovered through the adjustment/treatment visits and rehab exercises he prescribed. However, I re-injured it in January 2026 and had been doing rehab exercises since then with little progress. I finally went back -- I live in San Francisco, so the commute is tough! -- two weeks ago, this time for pain in my lower back. It turned out I had been straining it through poor weightlifting form. He adjusted me, advised me on what to avoid while lifting, and I felt like a new person almost immediately (though the body does take a few days to fully recover). He also suggested a novel treatment called shockwave therapy for my shoulder and elbow, where I had developed tendinitis from climbing, along with a compression arm band for use when climbing or lifting. I completed the shockwave therapy on my shoulder and elbow with Dr. Foad, who is also highly knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to talk to. A few days later, I felt as though I had a brand-new shoulder, which allowed me to start climbing two grades above my previous level, something I had avoided out of fear of further injury. My elbow is also feeling much better, and the band has been a great help. I highly recommend both Dr. Pedersen and Dr. Foad for any sports injuries or injuries in general -- you could not be in better hands!

The medical assistant helped with some general prep and was nice to talk to. The doctor came in and didn't waste any time getting started. We talked about some recurring issues and they asked a lot of direct but respectful questions. They gave a thoughtful opinion and described a few different options for moving forward, without being pushy. There was some back and forth and they actually took the time to write a few notes for me so I wouldn't forget. I thought that was considerate. The office seemed well managed and organized and they gave me a summary at the end which was useful. Nothing felt rushed or overly complicated. It was the kind of place you could probably trust for regular visits.

After reading all the other low reviews, I felt in fairness I need to post our experiences with Dr. Chiu and his staffs. Yes, I agreed with some of the other reviews that staffs were not too friendly, but i don't think they were rude.. On the good note..today when we were there those unfriendly staffs were no longer there( perhaps Dr. Chiu read reviews and addressed the problem. So he does care) the new receptionist there today was nice and friendly, and we left there with smiles and relieved on our faces.. But that wasn't the main reason why we left with smiles our faces.. My daughter had to get blood draw for annual exam and for a school requirement. She was nervous for a whole week because she had really awful experiences in the past with getting her blood draw. She has no visible veins at all! The last attempt of blood draw was in Oconnor hospital, which left her with 2 huge bruises and no blood, and not to mention she passed out, luckily I was there and caught her on time before she hit the floor.. We explained to Dr. Chiu her pass horrible experience and her history of passing out.. Dr. Chiu not only drew her blood laying down , but he drew her blood himself and was super gentle! Yes, he had to tried on 2 different spots, but we were expecting that would happen. My daughter told me she didn't feel a bit of pain on his first attempt, and only felt a poked while he was drawing her blood. He was very calm and gentle the whole time .. (I've been with her every and each time she got her blood drew, sadly but most people usually get really frustrated after a few tries and can become really rough) so as a mother, I really appreciated Dr. Chiu gentle and calmness the whole time. Yes, I realized usually it's his medical assistance that draw the blood , but if you're one of those people like my daughter that doesn't have any visible veins, let them know and ask if Dr. Chiu can draw your blood himself . As for Dr. Chiu demeanor, yes he's not a talkative person like myself, but my daughter reminded me that like herself, he likes to address the problem and treats you and that's what we all come to him for, not to have an cheerful conversation with him. She's absolutely correct because he had alway treated all her medical problems . She too is studying in the medical field and her personality is very similar like his. So if you're looking for a great doctor that will treat your problem , then Dr. Chiu is the doctor to go to, but if you're looking for a doctor who cares about having a great conversation with you instead of treating you then he's not the doctor for you. As for the imprinted credit card on file, I'm business owner myself and had my handful of problems of customers disputing their card charges after they authorized the charges over the phone . Not to say everyone is like that, but he does run a business , and as a smart business person, he's doing the right thing to protect himself from anyone trying dispute charges after they authorized them . So the imprinted credit card on file is to be use whenever there is an outstanding balance and you authorized them to make the charge to your credit card . They will not charge your credit card without your authorization. We had no problem with his office doing so and had no problem with it. Matter fact , there are many other doctor offices, including my own business as for imprint of credit cards for any future charges. That just save you a trip to their office to sign the actual sale draft, that's all . Yes, maybe the front person should explain why it's being done so all his patients understand , but again if you don't understand why then ask. Wow, that was a long review, I usually don't write review unless I felt it's needed because We had a different experiences then those reviews I read. I hope our experiences with Dr. Chiu help answer any concerns you have about Dr. Chiu.

I proactively sent an email to my doctor (Dr. Doscas) asking about some recent tests and prescriptions only to be notified that my doctor has left the practice. While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.
