Do not hire this company. Pros: Good concrete work, as far…read moreas I can tell. (What do I know?) Cons: Poor communication, did not respect my property When I met Hector, he came across as a sensitive person who I could trust with my property. Looking back, I think that was just charisma. When he scheduled the job with me, he projected a Monday or Tuesday. After it was Monday or Tuesday of the FOLLOWING week, I called and asked when I could expect the job to be started. He said their work got delayed because of weather and stuff. That's fine, but I really wish he would have called and TOLD me something, ANYTHING. The following week he finally called and said he would come by next week to do the work, which was an appointment he kept. Once the work started, he used a tractor and he drove over a brick patch that I have in the back. It smashed a bunch of bricks and sank the ground in weird places. In one place, the tractor treads ripped out a bunch of bricks. When I brought it up, he just shrugged it off. Looking back, all he had to do was put down a piece of wood to prevent the damage, but he either didn't know or didn't care. He definitely didn't offer to fix it at all. Now I have to pay a landscaper to fix the brick path that I paid to get screwed up. Sweet. They also left behind trash and debris from the job that I have to take care of. And they broke a hose. (It was a crap hose, I don't actually care, but they could have said something.) Another thing I paid for, was for him to scrape some of my yard and get it ready for landscaping. When he did it, he ripped out a bunch of mature sage bushes that I wanted to keep. It was just an honest misunderstanding, but here we are with ANOTHER miscommunication. One that I have to pay for. My wife is really unhappy about that sage, and all he had to do was ask; I was home all day specifically for this kind of thing. Basically, I think Hector thinks he can do whatever he wants once you've hired him, and if something goes wrong OH WELL. That's not a quality you want in a professional contractor, and I can't recommend his services to anyone.

I contacted M&M Concrete for an estimate on a backyard patio. The representative was aloof from…read morethe beginning and promised to provide an estimate, which he failed to do. I also attempted to contact him after the initial consultation, and he refused to respond. This contractor was a very unprofessional.
