Elite must have more business than they are able to handle. I reno older homes aka flip. Elite has an AI answering service. They text messaged me and appeared flexible to visit my location on a quick turnaround. That was good. But it went downhill after that. They didn't show up. I messaged that I had to leave for another appointment after waiting an additional hour with a no show. They texted me that they had got me mixed up with someone else with the same name. Well the address clearly would have differentiated us. I replied with the exact dimensions & a short video of the spaced. There's no need to waste their time or mine if I provided them with the exact SOW. A quote would be easy. Nada response to my msg or anything else afterwards. I say things happen for a reason. It's a sign of what most likely would have been a questionable experience and my regular trusted masonry contractor was able to fit me in after all. I would have liked to have a secondary contractor to depend on. It won't be Elite. read more
