    Chicken Shawerma Bowl

I love some good Shawarma! I would recommend, if you can manage to get one, to use the Too Good To Go and get a good deal on some food here. But it's still totally worth the visit even if you don't use Too Good To Go. The good is all fresh and you can see it cooking behind the line. The ingredients all taste clean fresh. The people are very nice and explain things to you! And the vibe is very clean and very nice!

Shawerma Bite serves up Middle eastern classics like chicken bowls, gyro wraps and Baba ghanoush! It's more of a conveyer belt style where you tell them what item you want and go through the line of toppings. They had so many toppings from an assortment of fresh and pickled veggies to hummus, fresh jalapenos, and pickles. They definitely didn't skimp out on the chicken as well. This lasted me 2+ meals because of how big the portion was and for the price it was so worth it. I'm also a sucker for newspaper print packaging and lining so they got me with that as well The interior space was very spacious and I was surprised that they even had a separate dessert station where they also served alcoholic beverages! The workers were friendly and very efficient. It is self serve mostly so once you get your food you pick up utensils, drink, and clean up after yourself!

This is a fairly new Mediterranean restaurant. Close to Panini Opa and the bowling alley. I ordered online through their website since I had a few errands to run. I was a little confused as to where it was at first. It's on a strip next to Diamonds Ice cream. It wasnt super busy but there were a handful of customers. I'm sure some of them are regulars or soon-to-be regulars. I had ordered the chicken shawerma wrap with a side of tahini. My order was already ready when I got there. Delicious and very filling! The wrap is wrapped thin and skinny, but they didn't skimp on the meat. I was actually really stuffed. I hadn't eaten much in 5 hours, except raspberries. The chicken was definitely seasoned well, but definitely almost leaned towards being dry. I was glad I had gotten the tahini. Staff was really nice. They were working as fast as they could. The space isn't large but a good size. Lots of tables. Neutral color scheme with yellow chairs that brought a nice pop of color. Overall, I'd definitely come back! Would love to try their falafel!

Hello...??? Why am I just now discovering this amazing food..? I live around the corner and I'm just now finding this hidden gem..? Stop whatever you're doing and go here now! I don't care if you've never had it before or you think you know "good shawerma", GO HERE..!!! I am so blessed to have discovered this place. So after you go here and realize that I'm 120% right about this place, post a review... I can't even describe how good it is.... And these fries...?? !! Thank you (Don't judge me, I pour my shawerma bowl into a bigger bowl to mix it all together... hint hint, secret of the pros)

I got few desserts today. Sugar on creme brulee is melt in front of you. Just came back home and took bite of it. So delish melted sugar is still crispy

Great food and service. Nice little find. I had a bowl and my husband had the wrap. There was so much to eat. Well worth it. Great value.

We arrived fairly close to closing, which can sometimes be risky--some restaurants start cutting corners as the night winds down. Not here. Everything was incredibly fresh, and each bite took our palates on a culinary adventure that had us feeling like champions for choosing Brassica for dinner. The ingredients, flavors, and execution were all outstanding. If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and go. Brassica continues to prove why it's one of our favorite places to eat whenever we're in town.

I started with the Cauliflower Tahini Soup, followed by a build-your-own salad bowl, a Chocolate Chip Cookie, and a Minty Pink Lemonade. The soup had a rich, creamy texture, though I found it a little too salty for my taste. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I loaded up my salad bowl with lentils and rice, mixed greens, hummus, baba ghanoush, crispy onions, pita bread, chicken shawarma, brisket, sweet beets, pickled cucumbers, pickled radish, pickled cabbage, cauliflower tabbouleh, marinated eggplant, and finished it with Brassica's roasted garlic sauce and tahini. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and full of contrasting textures. The combination of crisp vegetables, savory proteins, and creamy spreads made for a hearty, satisfying meal that kept me full long after lunch. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was exactly how I like it--crispy around the edges with a slightly well-done finish and plenty of chocolate in every bite. To wash it all down, the Minty Pink Lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing, complementing the bold Mediterranean flavors beautifully. Overall, Brassica is a great option for a quick, customizable meal made with fresh ingredients. While the soup wasn't my favorite, I'd happily return to build another salad and try more items from the menu.

There is room to sit down and eat but I took mine to go. The two women I interacted with were great! Cordial, helpful and friendly. I received my meal very quickly! Where to begin...the fries, that I tried before I started the car to head home, were hot and perfectly cooked. Soft in the inside, perfect crunch on the outside. When I got them home, they were still crispy!! The gyro is huge! Should I eat the whole thing? No. Will I eat the whole thing? Likely. The seasoning on the chicken reminds me of the lamb I usually get with that same soft yet seared meat. The sauce is just wow! The baklava is 3 pieces in one, can't go wrong for $5.50. Tender, sweet, and delicious!

Generous portions for the King and just the right amount of onion. Some places go too strong with the onion. The standout was the sauce! Just had a nice garlicky zing to it. The fresh cut fries were a little greasy but still good. The sleeper was that Greek Custard tho. When you walk in you have a case of temptations staring at you. The custard got my attention. Cold and dense custard wrapped in filo dough then topped with cinnamon and honey drizzle. Dang. This thing played with my emotions. Just so good and sticky. I would make a trip here just for this. It all came to about $22 with a can of Diet Coke and it hit the spot. The gyro was in the top 3 I've ever had, the fries I didn't really care for, the dessert selection I would make a special trip for. Solid 4 Stars
