The living room had a pullout sofa too. They weren't the worst pullout sofas as far as comfort goes. There is a very small washer/dryer in the unit. It would have been nice to have a bigger/normal size washer/dryer unit. There was carpet in all areas except for the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms. Not my favorite. It would have been nice to have a vacuum in the unit as well as a mop. The broom and dustpan provided were useful. The kitchen was not the most stocked I've seen. It could have had more pans, serving bowls, a Keurig, there weren't any storage containers to store food in the frig. We stayed in The Townes and the pool area was nice. A snack bar and a place to order drinks would have been a plus. They did have this in the past but it was shut down due to Covid. There is a trash bin out front which was convenient. No elevator but it wasn't bad. Overall a great place to stay.

My reservation was not restored, and my points and payment were not returned. I then contacted Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony directly. Despite explaining that I had already spent over an hour on the phone with Marriott corporate without a resolution, I was repeatedly told to "call corporate." No one offered to hold my dates, escalate the issue, or assist in any way. This trip was scheduled around my baby's baptism, and I am currently 39 weeks pregnant. The lack of empathy and assistance made an already stressful situation much worse. I am left without $2,800 in Marriott Bonvoy points and the cash I paid (which was only $14 but still, money is money). The check-in process was easy and they give you a little wristband that has room access and access to all of the resort areas which is nice. Nothing worse than losing your room key card or having it de-magnetized and it doesn't work. Once I got to our rooms, I noticed that everything appeared to be clean. The toilet had some calcium buildup in mold on it though, so I had to clean them myself. The units came furnished with plenty of plates and utensils. The only issue I noticed was that the cabinets appear to be older and not well maintained. There was a lot of Boeing And peeling as well as water stains. The resort had a lot of amenities on site. They had an adult only pool a regular outdoor pool and a indoor pool. The grounds also had a tennis court basketball court volleyball net and miniature golf. I did take a few strolls around the property and everything was beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a good value for staying for the week. I was offered to sit through a presentation for some discounted Busch garden tickets, but I had already purchased my tickets prior to arriving so I did not attend the presentation. I see that many people were dissatisfied with the high-pressure sales. I'm glad I did not attend. The brief presentation probably would have ended up being several hours. They did Cole offering the presentation every morning, but I still declined. The location was very conveniently located near Busch Gardens with plenty of amenities in the area as well.

The inn was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to downtown Manteo. This was our first B&B experience so I wasn't sure what to expect. The innkeepers were very friendly and welcoming. Our favorite feature of the house was the back porch with a fully stocked fireplace. My wife also loved the array of cats that live at the inn (outside cats). Breakfast was served at 8am and was delicious both days. Day 1 featured quiches, bacon, home fries, fruit, yogurt, and biscuits & gravy. Day 2 featured sausage links, fruit, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and grits. Coffee, hot tea, water, and sodas were available at no extra charge 24/7. Overall we loved our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Manteo as you are literally 2-3 blocks from virtually everything downtown. My only negative is that the bed wasn't the best but by no means the worst.

During our stay, we encountered **mold throughout portions of the home**, particularly in the lower-level area where several guests were sleeping. Multiple guests became sick and several left early. I also experienced aggravation of my asthma while staying there. The home also had significant cleanliness issues, including **hair and tissue in bedding, dirty bathrooms, and dirty ovens**. There was additionally a **hole/opening in the deck near the kitchen where one of my guests nearly caught her foot**, which raised a serious safety concern. I am especially concerned because I understand that this property is **currently being offered for sale**. If I were considering purchasing this home, these are issues I would want to know about and have thoroughly investigated before making such a significant financial commitment. I stayed here for a week, and the people who manage this condominium do not maintain the building whatsoever, or do so with the lowest possible standards known to man. To start off, the place Sebriet (not gonna look it up to correct that spelling) told me to park was straight up a tow-away area, and I got towed the first day I parked there. I was told "Do Not Worry About The Signs", and then when I approached them about it they said "Who told you that?". I drove to a place they had no idea about, had a horrible conversation and paid 220 bucks to asshole tow-truck drivers. There's reviews here about tow-aways. Read them. For sure 100% a contract with this tow group that gets payouts for this mis-management. I cannot say people even manage this place. You walk in. A fifteen year old wearing airpods does not greet you. You ask him. any question. He takes his headphone out and says he doesn't know. This happened. Four Times. The elevators? Shut down AND MAINTAINENCE WAS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES every day we were there. For hours. Early Morning. Mid day. There is no accessible way to get down even the first floor people stay on, which has only steps to G, the ground floor. Most of the blankets had people and animal hair on them and stunk. When we went to wash the blankets the washer turn knob came right off making the washer un-usable. Bathrooms were dingy and dirty. We weren't allowed to put the thermostat lower than 72 degrees which means there was likely something wrong with their system but they don't want to get it fixed. Many of the outside lounge chairs were cracked. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least. We'll be avoiding this home in the future.
