We couldn't really taste it, but they were well cooked well. Fried hard and crunchy with a tender fillet inside. The rib tips were good but seemed more like mini ribs. They were tender but didn't fall apart. The greens were a bit spicy but so good. The fried okra melts in your mouth. The candied yams were sugar sweet and full of flavor.
