I ordered a Tres Leches cake for a gender reveal party, and oh my God, it was absolutely AMAZING. Everyone kept asking me where I got the cake from. It tasted incredible and looked stunning as well. Hands down, totally worth trying--I'll definitely be ordering again! Also, when I went to pick up the cake, I noticed they have a super cute café next to the bakery. The place had such a great vibe--everyone seemed to be enjoying their coffee and fresh salads, and it just felt like a really warm, welcoming space.

I never understand how service companies never trained their employees to be friendly and just human decency. Went to the coffee shop. They don't even have half-and-half. They've got carnation little creamers that's not half-and-half. Also, as somebody else has mentioned, the setup is very confusing. You have two different rooms that are connected to each other, but you have to pay for the baked goods on one side of the coffee on the other side, those supposedly they're the same company, very disjointed. As you can tell, I won't be returning. I'm a small business owner and I wish them all the best but they've got to fix their service. There are 101 coffee shops in Central Illinois.

It is a little pricier than your average ice cream shop; however, these are unique homemade flavors, and I feel the price is deserving of this level of quality. It was our first experience with this little shop, but it definitely won't be our last!

The lady behind the counter started out nice, but then got super annoyed when we couldn't make up our minds right away and when we asked to try a couple of different flavors. Every flavor is different than what you are used to, so we wanted to try some out before putting down $7 a scoop! We had 9 people in our group, and only one or two of us asked for two flavors to try (everyone else just wanted to try one flavor). She mumbled something strange like "I'm sorry. I can't give out any more flavors". Anyway-we ended up buying ice cream and sitting outside because it is stuffy inside. Overall-not a good experience. Can't even recommend the ice cream, because we ended up trying each other's flavors, and they all had a weird texture, and were not tasty at all. Would not recommend because of how we were treated, and we won't be returning.

this place is a gem! that hit every check point to a great night on my girlfriends birthday!!…read more Bucky(great guy and stellar waiter!) took great care of us. we have some dietary preferences that we never impose on a place. we know our way around a menu and what we can and can't do. they really don't like tinkering with the dishes as they believe they are perfect the way they are(and they are right). however, the kitchen was gracious enough to do one of their pizzas without fresh motz and added beautiful heirloom tomatoes. we both agreed, Dave Portnoy would of gave it a 10...incredible!! the carrot appetizer as insane...bread perfect...everything was amazing. ambiance was perfect, lit dimly but not too much. glass/china was beautiful and looking at the open kitchen was soooo cool!! Bucky even brought out two glasses of Sauternes to help celebrate the occasion and made my GF's heart melt. every staff that touched the table was so nice and personable. thanks again for the amazing night!! couldn't of been better!!!

The bacon was super nice, the mustard on the burger was ridiculously yummy. Did I mention those confit potatoes? Haha yeah I did, they were, off the chain, a dill garnish and some orange aioli that set it off!! The inside although we didn't spend much time inside was super cute, and has that riverfront done well vibe! A place you want to be in! This would have been 5 stars BUT The 18$ Bloody Mary! This was a TRAVESTY! It reads so well on paper....... Then you get it, it was the most flaccid Bloody Mary I have EVER had! It was basically a tomato juice and possibly maybe somewhere in there was any hint of some vodka, not the vodka that it advertised. The weak ass 4 little tiny pieces of prosciutto and cheese was a sad excuse for the oversold garnish. If the food wasn't as good as it was, this place would have gotten a 3 stars for overall. Note to the owner: Please revamp this ASAP! There's a huge culture behind a solid Bloody Mary and it's not hard to perfect one. It needs spice and life and it was just sad. Ok back to the review...
