This was my 1st visit and last visit to ShaTiff. The people were very friendly and nice. I did have a hard time understanding and trying to communicate what I wanted done with my nails. I got both a mani and pedi and disappointed with how they turned out. I got so spoiled with my last nail salon in Virginia, that this didn't compare at all. I went in on Saturday the 21st of March. The place I usually go to when flying back and forth was closed with this Coronavirus going around. I was asked if I had been there before after my nails was done and I said no it's my first time trying them. I then went and sat at the dryer waiting on my feet to finish them went to check out. I was then asked how I liked my nails and I told the lady they were ok since I was on a time crunch and asked how much I owed. She started talking to the other lady and then said $75. Honestly my nails aren't worth $75, I don't even pay that much in expensive San Diego. I definitely doubt I'll try them again. It's a small place and I always try to support smaller businesses but I feel ripped off. I wouldn't mind having had paid that much if it was worth it. read more

I have been going here for a few years now and it is definitely my go to nail place. It's a super convenient location between Conroe/Magnolia/The Woodlands. I have referred a lot of people and everyone always has great things to say as well!! NEVER AGAIN! Absolutely terrible customer care- obviously do not value their customers. First off, I had an appointment with Shawn for 1 o'clock for a fill as I had a lot to get done that day and did not have the time to sit and wait. I arrived 5 min early, said I was there for my appointment, and was told to pick my color. Shawn was still working on someone, but I figured he must almost be done as he didn't say he was late or ask me to come back later. 10 min pass, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min and he is still not done. I'm not told he was running behind or anything so I speak up to see if someone can at least get me started and clean up my cuticles which another lady does. Then I wait again. 40 min, 45 min, 55 min, ...and FINALLY AN HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT, he is done. If they were running an HOUR BEHIND, they should have called me to push back my appointment or told me when I walked in that they were late and I would have run some of my errands and come back. He completes the fill and doesn't even say anything to me. Not once did I get an apology or sorry we were so late. I also was never even offered a drink the almost two hours I was there. This was only the second time I came to this salon as I saw all the great reviews- however if this is how they treat new clients, this is the last time. read more

Nail tech was really rough and he overcharged me. Their pamphlet says a shellac manicure is 38, and he charged me 43.

I'm glad I found this nail salon. I called to make an appointment prior to my visit and when I walked in, they were ready for me. Everybody was courteous and the lady who did my nails did a great job! I will definitely be coming back! I got my nails done one week ago and this is how they look! I am writing this review to counter the below 2 star from Gloria. I was in the shop at the time that Gloria came in. It was my first visit to ShaTiff. First, my experience: I had an appointment. I was greeted and Steven did my nails. He took time and did an exceptional job. I am very pleased with his work. Regarding Gloria: She had a 1 PM appointment. (I know this, because she announced it at least 3 times.) I was taken aback by how rude and (honestly) abusive she was to the staff. Gloria was greeted. She had asked (at about 1pm) how long it would be and staff told her "just a moment." I could tell she was angry, so I told her that I was done (as staff was applying oil to my nails). As Gloria stomped out of the shop vowing to not return due to the poor customer service, I looked at my watch. It was 1:02. I normally don't write reviews, but the staff were visibly shaken by her abuse. Personally, I don't think a two minute wait is unreasonable and definitely not worthy of such rudeness or this review. Other customers in the store at the time made similar observations. PS - I had paid and was out the door at 1:04. PPS - I will be giving them my return business. read more

I've had my nails done for 2 days and they're uneven shaped & the "holographic" powder I requested is so light on some and one of my nails already broke. Might try again but not sure. read more

I went to ShaTiff Nails & Spa and got my nails done by the owner - Tiffany. She's very sweet! She's also moved here from Kansas City. Small world. I got the dip powder with the UV gel. This is the color 572 with a matte coating. I did not have an appointment and had to go to the other shop location to be seen but I didn't mind. It wasn't a long wait. I called and asked for an appointment and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by Shawn who attentively looked at my hands and helped me make a decision for what I was looking for. Eyebrows: This is my usual spot for getting my brows done. This time I did not see the usual (2) ladies that usually do my wax. My eyebrows were waxed without being brushed and ended up looking uneven and messy. Of course I did not realize this until I left and really examined them so I guess that is my fault. Pedicure: My pedicure was ok. The finish product looks great however, he did not spend more than 5 seconds scrubbing each foot. (Only scrubbed my heels) I typically get the basic service and receive more attention to my feet. it was also not that busy so I'm not sure what happened there. Overall the people are ALWAYS friendly but the service is inconsistent. I would say try it for yourself but not before weddings, anniversaries or any important events . $53 for a basic pedicure w/ shellac and eyebrows. read more

I moved to Conroe and needed a close nail salon close by and with so many near me the reviews for Sha Tiff were great and I was eager to make an appointment. They have a lot of colors to choose from and that's a plus because some places have limited colors for powder nails. The service had always been good and my nails usually last a full 2-3 weeks before another refill. Fast forward to today....someone new did my refill last week and when she was filing I could tell they would not last. She didn't fill the corners in good and they were starting to lift so I called to see if I could get them fixed. Wrong! I stopped by and showed them the cracks and all I got was a shoddy patchwork job. She applied the powder but no extra topcoat on top so now they are dull and smudged. Looks like I will have to find a new location after bragging to everyone how great this salon was. read more
